“I ordered an adjustable bed for my 83 year old Mom from BedPlanet.com and was so pleased by the specialized treatment that we received throughout the whole process. I initially found the product and pricing online at BedPlanet.com but then called to ask a few questions and the customer service person I spoke to was so helpful!. The bed arrived earlier than the expected delivery time, and the company that came to set it up was also very professional, pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend BedPlanet.com.”

“When I purchased my mattress frame the legs were 9 inches. The mattress came up to my hip. Now with the smaller bed legs, the mattress is a reasonable height. The product was sturdy and I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“When I bought my bed at a local store I did not know I needed special brackets to attach a headboard. After searching locally & on the Internet, I found the best price at Bedplanet.com & was able to use a coupon & get free shipping, too! In addition to the great price, the service was fantastic. Communication was great & shipping was very fast. The product received was exactly what was described and what I needed for my bed. “I looked all over NJ trying to find this consumer reports top rated mattress and found it online at Bedplanet since it's made here in NJ I was hesitant to order it online. I called Bedplanet and talked to them and they said yes it would be shipped within NJ. The price was exactly right I got the free box spring and a discount so I ordered the cover for the mattress also. The delivery was perfect I was very pleased with this company and definitely recommend buying a mattress from them. This made mattress shopping very easy love the brand and comfort.”

“Great experience with bed planet! We have had our mattress for about a month and are enjoying it. It only took a couple of days for it to feel normal. The last time we purchased a mattress, it took awhile to feel just right. Not this time! Happy with our purchase. They also took our old mattress and box spings away. Yay!”

“Ordering the adjustable bed frame over the phone was as easy as pie and the price far less than through retail stores. Had a very narrow window for delivery and it arrived precisely when requested. “Great product, web site could show schematics with dimensions. Tried to find out the height of the bed with legs set at 10 inches. I called bed planet and was told 14 inches. Actually it's 17 inches. Salesman just guessed?”
