“Customer service spot on, friendly cheerful happy and very helpful. Delivery arrived when they said so no problems on that side either. I just thought the light ale very tasteless ( German pale ) and I do not buy beer in cans, always as it always taints the taste. Will keep a look out for when you have a British theme box and will be back in touch. Many Thanks”

“Great customer service throughout, and all beer delivers in perfect condition. Unsubscribing process is easy but the willpower makes it hard to do. Guys like Douglas always give you a good reason to stay :)”

“Appalling customer service. Cancelled my subscription over the phone, assumed all was done. But then earlier this month a box arrives and id been charged for it. Emailed straight away and after 2 weeks worth of forward and backward emails they claim not be able to find the phonecall so won’t refund. After speaking to others it seems it isn’t the first time they’ve used this excuse. Avoid”

“I spoke to Douglas to cancel my subscription, he was very understanding and gave alternatives like freezing my account and informed me about the points I had on account but at no point did he seem pushy or anything other than pleasant. I decided that I will end my subscription but this choice had nothing to do with the excellent service I received.”

“Really nice and helpful guy, I called to cancel my subscription, and was a little anxious about doing it over the phone but he was very understanding and put me at ease. He wasn't pushy and just gave alternatives like freezing subscription and told me about the points on my account. I did decide to leave but this has nothing to do with the great service provided.”
