“I have been very impressed by BEER52 over the last 7 months. The quality of the products and the service has been excellent. I spoke to Douglas over the phone to cancel my order, which was a quick and easy process.”

“Good selection of beer, if a little strong for my palate, always delivered when expected, always in good condition. Price seems comparable with other competitors and I would (and have) recommend Beer52 to craft ale lovers”

“I had been subscribed to Beer52 for 8 months, and during this time, I received an excellent selection of beer, that I would not have had the opportunity to try otherwise, that was good value for money. I recently cancelled my subscription, but not due to the quality or service. This is done over the phone. I spoke to a very friendly chap called Douglas, who was pleasant, and enthusiastic, and it was a very easy process.”

“Great service . Spoke to Douglas today who was so kind and understanding about cancelling my membership. Beer came unbelievably quickly. We enjoyed some more than others - the magazine was really interesting and useful when it came to choosing which beer to have. Would recommend to everyone and have!! Hope to come back on the future”

“Very happy with the introductory offer and the next batch. Was going to cancel my subscription as I didn't want anymore beer for the time being. Douglas offered me the chance to delay any further subscription until February 2021 when I can take advantage of another discounted offer. Well pleased with his friendly advice.”

“I loved my subscription - always an excellent variety of beers! Unfortunately, I now have to cancel it as I'm leaving the country. Spoke to Douglas Munro on the phone who said I could get my final box with a discount as I had credits in my account. This is great! However, I must call again after the final box arrived to cancel. Would have been better if the subscription could be cancelled immediately without having to call again, or that cancellations can be done online rather than having to call. Apart from that, I'd recommend Beer52 to anyone who loves craft beers and is keen to try new stuff!”

“I bought the beer as an ongoing present because of the great price however due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my subscription. I spoke to Douglas who was extremely helpful and very friendly making the whole process so easy. I would definitely use Beer52 again one day.”

“Phoned to cancel, waited 5min on the line then was put through to Douglas. He was courteous and helpful, explained the pros of staying vs leaving but didn't pressure. Thanks I'll consider using the service again in the future.”
