They've turned off the phone lines so how are you supposed to cancel? I've been trying for a whole week now and nothing. This is illegal and I'm planning to report it to trading standards as intentionally creating a system where cancelling the subscription is near enough impossible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cons is probably the nicest thing to describe them as. Overpriced supermarket(?) beer, awful customer service(impossible to get through to) they give you credit towards purchases when you device to leave and the explanation it “ oh you have credit on your account but you cannot see it on your account until you phone us and ask” PLEASE ABOID

They make it imposible to cancel. You have to ring a number noone appears to be picking up. Unethical and pathetic, a complete con!

Disgusting trash company. Make it an absolute chore if not outright impossible to cancel your subscription. You can subscribe and give them money in about 30 seconds online but it is taking 3 months and counting of calling to constant wait queues to cancel. Emailed several times - no response whatsoever. No indication when or what date they will take the money from you account, it can vary but it is almost always 1-4 days BEFORE the due date for payment. If you suspend your account for a few months due to something like.... a global pandemic - they will reinstate your orders without so much as a courtesy email. Vile, greedy business practice. Beers are fine but if they don't come in a beat up old dirty box - they're not worth associating yourself with these vultures anyway.

Honestly I can’t give this company a bad enough review. I tried SEVERAL times to cancel my subscription, over the phone (couldn’t get through), via email, via Instagram DM and through Facebook messenger and no one got back to me. Payment for the subscription was due to go out on 9th and they took it out on 7th instead. The payment has now gone out. After publicly shaming them across social media for their awful customer service, they finally got back to me and said the only way I can get a refund is if I send the beers back and pay for postage myself. They except me to stand in a queue in the post office for half an hour, with two children, to send back their disgusting beers. Avoid this company like the plague

Good product, but I too, agree with all the messages here about the issues with cancellation. You cannot cancel online so I telephoned this afternoon as I don't want to pay for a monthly subscription. I was on hold for 10 minutes, and politely explained on the phone that I was disappointed that the cancellation wasn't easy. Once the subscription was cancelled the guy put the phone down on me. I never EVER leave bad reviews, but due to the bad customer experience here I would highly recommend that its not worth the hassle. : /

WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP, Terrible customer service, They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription, they answer Twitter messages, (surprise) but then don’t answer calls or emails hoping you hang up and go away. Greed will kill this company

Signed up to a free trial only having to pay P&P. Now see that I’m getting a standing order, which I did NOT sign up to. Shocking way to conduct business. Absolute scam

Beers OK, but feel slightly overpriced. Unfortunately like many subscription businesses, they make it difficult to cancel and you have to call them direct - when I have tried this 4 times, I simply get a 'we are busy, try another time' message. If you cannot meet call demand, it is highly unethical to still force people to call for a cancellation. Unfortunately I can't recommend this brand to others as a result!

They don’t deserve any stars... I don’t care what their very expensive beer is like, their customer service is atrocious. Membership happens without clear indication and unsubscribing seems to be impossible.If anyone has actually managed to unsubscribe... please tell.

Impossible to cancel! Total scam merchants. Please Avoid. They're giving random discounts all over and not giving any indication that you're subscribing to them.. It is hard to cancel later, please be careful.

Very difficult to cancel. I called in January to cancel and the subscription has restarted in April. Very dishonest of them. Can’t cancel via email and have to call. Terrible customer service.

I placed my order and paid, it didn’t arrive. I have left 2 emails to customer service and called several times to try and get through to query this but no response. Terrible service, very disappointed.

Signed up last 8 days ago on the promise my first box would be delivered the next day. Over a week on and it has still not arrived and complete lack of communication on their part. I have requested a refund but am still awaiting a response. Avoid at all costs.

We were waiting 10 days for the order to be delivered. When it finally has been delivered, we couldn’t find the package. It looks like it got lost, stolen or not delivered at all. We can’t contact myhermes and Beer52 is not responding to our calls or emails.
