Payment taken over 3 weeks ago. First delivery lost in transit. Replacement sent out apparently but Royal Mail have no record of the fictitious tracking number provided by beer52. So many phonecalls and endless queues listening to beer52 propaganda patting themselves on the back and upbeat swing music on an endless loop before being cut off or put through to customer disservice who hang up without speaking. Emails are ignored aside from sending a generic and unhelpful automated response acknowledging receipt of my emails. Disgraceful, dishonest and appalling to deal with. AVOID.

Been waiting 11 days for a case apparently despatched for next day delivery. A wall of silence greets my enquiries.

Really poor service and rude customer service. 2 weeks late delivery, which was blamed on Royal Mail. However, they never replied to emails and cut off my phone call. A real shame - it might appears that company has expanded fast and can't keep up.

This is a scam. Appalling customer service for a product which is very hit and miss. I did not enjoy my last box and so cancelled my subscription. I received a confirmation email for the cancellation, however the next month I was still charged and new beer delivered. I queried this and was advised that i could return the beer at my own expense. I explained this was unacceptable and despite chasing emails have not heard back for the past 3 weeks...

Do not sign up!!!! They will take your money and not deliver. Very overpriced anyway but that’s assuming you get anything at all. Very hard to unsubscribe as they try to block access to any method of unsubscribing. They don’t answer phones and cut you off. They don’t respond to emails they don’t respond to FB messages. They ignore comments on their own website messaging service. It took days of effort to get through to them and I’m still out of pocket with nothing to show for my money. Avoid at all costs. Much better options are available.

Terrible, impossible to get through to them over the phone waited over 40 minutes to unsubscribe, ended up ringing the bank instead to cancel. Taken £75 and only seen 1 case and its delivered through Hermes which is a nooo gooo. Not even worth it ordering from here amazon does the same for cheaper and you and buy then when and whenever you want!.

having gone through the excrutiatingly difficult process of cancelling the membership; let me comment on the product. Beers from Korea and Scotland? I love Scotland and enjoyed my time there, but they are not famous for it. Korea? I hope to God I never have to drink this stuff again! It was foul and left a nasty taste in my mouth! Scottish beer wasn't far behind in terms of quality!

Beer ordered but never delivered and then no replies to emails, messages or calls. Automated messages stating I cant cancel my subscription until the beer is received. Still waiting 10 days after ordering. Do not trust this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my 'free case, just pay postage' deal. Signed me up automatically to £24 a month, not even worth it. Didn't think it was a problem until I had to keep calling and calling and calling to unsubscribe! Get with it Beer52, unsubscribe online or stop scamming people. Very unprofessional and awful sales techniques to try and keep you on board.

Very angry with this company and its terrible customer service. DO NOT USE! I called up on 14 October to cancel my subscription, I was happy with the product but I could no logner afford it due to a change in my personal financial circumstances. After the usual attempt to retain me as a customer I was told that my request had gone through and that my subscription had been cancelled. Today I received a notification from by bank that I had been charged £29. I called the customer service line to find out why this was as I had cancelled my subscription only to be told that they had no record of me ever making a call and no notes on the system about my subscription! I was then essentially accused of being a liar by the customer service representative, who was rude and confrontational from the outset. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer and I am not happy that a company whose business model appears to be based on a honeytrap subscription service which is deliberately difficult to unsubscribe from is taking money from my account without my consent!

Frustratingly hard to cancel Frustratingly hard to cancel. I tried to cancel, but was encouraged to put it on hold. I put it on hold and then upon speaking to someone the second time to cancel they tried to offer me a better deal. I said I'd think about it, checked the hold was still on. Now this morning I find myself billed for £16 and told that the hold was taken off this morning as scheduled. Very irritating as the previous beers were all pretty poor.

All the beer was close to the end of life date . Not one was better than anything I could have bought from asda for half the price . Why do they exist. Just go to the shop . Job done

I order the free beer and I don't think it was clear I was entering a subscription. I instantly tried to cancel but you dont allow this on line. This is not a fair marketing tactic.

I received multiple Beer52 gift vouchers for my birthday so spent ages carefully choosing my beer selection only to be very disappointed on checkout. It turns out you can't actually use your gift vouchers on personally selected beers. Instead you are forced to choose one of 2 boxes of beers and not what beers you want. Then to really wind you up even more you are then forced into signing up to a monthly contract and handing over your card details if you want to redeem the voucher, plus you cant use a second card on your account so you have to create a second account with yet another credit card. It was nice for my friends to get me the vouchers but I will not be using beer52 again and will be spreading the word about the voucher con. When you receiver a gift voucher you should be able to spend it on what you want and without entering into monthly contract!
