Received 4 emails about delivery, covid, ventilated room etc followed by text advising delivery would be between 1000 and 1200 so made arrangements accordingly including return of a hire car first thing in the morning. Got a call at 0820 saying they had arrived and no one is home. Raced back home to find my teenage daughter had opened the door and let them in. They had taken the old mattress off the bed and put the new one in its place and then said they couldn’t take the old mattress as it wasn’t covered. I suggested they put the plastic from the new mattress on the old one but they wouldn’t let me. They phoned their dispatcher and walked to the van then just pixxed off. Basically rude, indifferent and unprofessional. I don’t know why companies keep using them.

Hi I'm gillian, I've been stuck in traffic this morning since 7 o clock. And fkr my unfortunate event I've been stuck behind a name thst doesn't make any sense. 2 man home delivery? You guys need to sort yourself out as you live in a place called Wednesbury as surely frisbury would be a better choice. Don't see why you need 2 people to deliver my wife's vibrator

Sad that your driver had to ride up my daughters backside when she was having a driving lesson today. Panicked her like mad, really dangerous to drive like this

Wouldn’t collect my old sofa as it wasn’t wrapped. I didn’t have any plastic wrapping and they told me 10 minutes before the collection drivers arrived that it needed to be wrapped. I live in a normal home not a factory so do not have a supply of plastic wrapping! They left me with a living room full of upended old sofa (the new sofa had already been delivered 10 minutes before these guys turned up) I was unable to get out of my living room or to my front door, my kids or I couldn’t even walk anywhere in the front room as we were surrounded!! Quite dangerous if something had fallen over or I needed to get out in a hurry. Customer services couldn’t care less and we’re very rude on the phone. Nasty people, nasty company - avoid!!!

Received my 3 hour time slot on Friday then received a message to say that it hadn’t been loaded onto the van so would deliver on Tuesday even though I paid for Saturday delivery. Made offered a delivery refund but basically passed the buck by saying they are the middle person in this situation.

Surprised anything is delivered safely if the appalling driving seen in Exeter by one of your delivery vans this afternoon is any indication! Dangerous and reckless with no consideration for other road users. Would definitely not recommend!

First tv was delivered faulty after one of the delivery men dropped it rather than place it down gently. Had to return it for an exchange but they forgot the tv to deliver and just picked up the faulty one. Replacement tv delivered the next day with a huge hole in the box. Thankfully it works ok and wasn’t damaged. Richer sounds were amazing but they need to use a company who respects the cargo. BJS are not that company. I actually paid for the privilege as well

This company were due to deliver a soda from Made.com. Their pre- delivery e- mail states the customer should receive a theee- hour time slot one day prior to delivery. This actuall means the evening before delivery - 4 pm to 7pm. IF YOURE LUCKY. The first part of delivery merited no such email until I contacted them, and today I received a notification of someone else’s delivery. If you are thinking Of ordering from Made.com, please just check which delivery company they are using....

BJS delivered my new tv today. They were absolutely brilliant. Happy, polite, helpful, respectful of the property, covid safe and thorough in checking the product and packaging. Delivery services are so common now it’s hard to stand out. These guys today showed how it’s done at it’s best. Made the excitement of receiving a new tv even more enjoyable.

Wow - so bad they are beyond words. Only the Chuckle Brothers would call these professional! From the years of astoundingly awful reviews - where rudeness, arrogance, abusive behaviour, and refusal to fulfil their contract are mentioned - I have no hope that their pitiful pretence at service will be dealt with by this company. The same duo are referenced (and pictured) again and again for attitude and behaviour by customers but are still employed - I can only gather they either part own the company or are related to an owner .... or they would have been sacked already!! At the outset the pair seemed okay - they were delivering a sofa set. We had complied with their COVID expectations and all seemed okay .... and then the whining started .... ohhh it’s heavy, tips to one side on the trolley, won’t go through the door. Such fuss it was comical to start with. They managed with clumsy inefficiency to get the smallest sofa in and then came the slightly larger sofa.... Only the day before, I’d carried though the same door a larger sofa with my husband and I’m 5.3 so I knew that there wasn’t any real issue. To help though, I suggested they could bring it through the back which would be a straighter route - but one actually said ‘we don’t have time’. It was clear they were angling to dump it at the door in the middle of the day, with rain expected. Making a show of being reasonable, they walked through the house and commented that the dining room table and budgies were in the way. I said I’d move them - no problem! They ignored me. Apparently budgies are an insurmountable problem for these professionals. Despite the fact that we had moved sofas into our house and moved sofas out too, apparently the standard door frames just were too much of an ask ... so I refused delivery rather then let them leave an sofa on the drive way and they put the furniture back on the truck. To dramatically demonstrate how heavy the furniture was (for these professional movers) they repeatedly dropped the large sofa; the one smaller sofa they had got into the house without problem was suddenly monstrously difficult for them to get out and they actually ... yes actually ... took out of the packaging 4 smaller pillows so that the sofa could magically be removed form the house again! This company is beyond belief. And Wayfair should not be placing customers in the position of dealing with them. I had wondered if I their behaviour was misogynistic - but the astounding history of complaints here seems to suggest they are just awful!

Driving on the M6 on 29/03/21 at 7:17am and had one of your vans try to force their way into my lane at junction 8 to which I had to swerve to avoid a collision. The asian driver then persisted to make hand gestures to me and drive eratically cutting through traffic and the passanger (also asian) also made hand gestures and then swerved at me and persisted to drive extremely close to my rear bumper and intimidate me. Shocking!!

From start to finish, Team 46 were very efficient. I was telephoned before hand to say when they would be arriving. On arrival they took the boxes upstairs and even though we had sheets on the floor, before entering the bedroom they took their shoes off. They were very pleasant a d courteous.

Two guys brought the item to the front door but when I said I live on the 2nd floor, said they won't do due to their anti-covid policy. Both guys not wearing masks. Item is so heavy that the two big guys needed a dolly to move it. So they left it on the ground floor. I confronted them, they called the office. The office suggested I ask neighbors to help me lift the item! So much for anti-covid policies... What's more, 10 minutes later, they came back and without any explanation took the item away. I literally had to run after them to find what's going on. They said, delivery cancelled, call the office. Delivery company asking neighbors to help me deliver the item.... Extremely rude, not professional.

Upon receiving my delivery it appeared that not everything was in the box. I managed to stop the delivery team who just told me it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing they could do about it and tried to just drive off. As a consumer I know my rights with regards to deliveries and if I’m not happy with what I’ve received it’s within my rights to refuse the delivery and send the item back. Upon informing them of this they very reluctantly got back out of the van. Luckily the order was complete so didn’t have to return but this was a real inconvenience for them. No wonder they have so many bad reviews if this is how they treat their customers! Very rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you can or just know your rights and don’t be pushed around by these idiots

Diabolical. They emailed me to say they can’t deliver due to ice on the road leading to my property. 1) the email was received the day before delivery was due, so they have no idea what the road conditions leading to my property were. 2) there is no ice what so ever, it’s a clear beautiful day with sunshine. 3) they will be in touch at some point in the future in order to re-schedule delivery. 4) no you won’t, take it back I’ll shop elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service with extremely poor excuses.

I had the same experience as Kimberly. BJS delivered items for me ordered by two separate furniture companies and both experiences were awful. I just moved to this country, need furniture and live alone. They separately dropped off both items to my door and left them so that I could not even block the door. The second time I at least asked them to help me move it enough to both close the door and not prevent a fire hazard, since I struggled tremendously to move the item from the doorway after the first delivery. They claim that they can't deliver it to the requested room in the flat because of COVID regulations, but there is absolutely a way to do this in a safe, masked, socially distanced way. But the hypocrisy of their rigid rules is that I noticed that both delivery representatives sat in the cab of their truck unmasked, and the representative who came to my door today had his mask under his nose - I had to ask him to pull his mask up. I now have to find and pay someone to help me move the furniture to the right rooms in my flat. I would like to get my delivery fee refunded for this barely-there service.
