Extremely rude and ridiculous delivery service experienced by your drivers with regards to a Argos replacement TV. My signature was even forged to show acceptance of delivery, because I refused to sign initially because I was missing some parts they had initially wanted take back with the delivery TV box. I must only commend one of the driver that tried a bit to understand why I was totally frustrated with what they had done.Argos should not use such delivery partners that have individuals that are rude and not professional..The standard process is to ensure that all the parts they are collecting is correct and to also ensure that the customer confirms all parts delivered is complete.. This was not the service received unfortunately..

The delivery team were rude, they did not handle the furniture boxes with care resulting in damage to some of the goods, which we did not find out until later as they declined to unpack and remove the packaging at time of delivery despite this being the advertised delivery service by the Cotswold co and promised within the pre delivery emails received from BJS Home delivery. When I was asked to sign for proof of delivery form I noticed that the delivery team had documented that we, the customers, had refused the unpacking and removal of waste service - I asked them to correct this (as we certainly did not refuse and wanted them to do this) and then signed the form on which I also made a note that it was the delivery team that had refused to unpack and remove the packaging, later I got sent a copy of the proof of delivery form which had had my signature removed and a signature forged in place of mine, they’d also amended the form again documenting that we’d refused the unpacking service. Extremely unhappy with the service which was not delivered to the advertised standard or specification as per the contract and shocked that they forged a signature and falsified documentation.

These delivery guys don't give a Toss about your items whatsoever seriously they just want to dump your items and go and the way in which the box was damaged says it all

Shocking , tell you to pick a day Monday to Friday , I chose Wednesday and they delivery Tuesday so I tell them again Wednesday they arrange for Thursday then shut down the chat Total joke of a courier

I was told my delivery would be picked up by DoorDash which it was and it showed it was on route to my house to be delivered and never made it. Called Member Services 4 times to which I got the complete run around and one gentleman had the nerve to answer the phone and act like I was bothering him to tell me he is too busy. My first time ordering online and my last. Then finally I get a manager and she tells me I have to wait 3-7 business days to get refunded. They’re horrible, oh and no one knows what happened to the order that was picked up because the person who picked it up didn’t report he cancelled the delivery. Kim was the only one willing to figure everything out for me.

delivery team arrived 2 hours late and were unreachable by phone until 15 minutes before they arrived, when they contacted to explain they were late. when they arrived one of the men was extremely stressed out and angry and he directed a lot of his anger and stress at me, by shouting instead of speaking, and swearing aggressively. as he was unloading, he dropped my product (which cost over £400) aon the floor and almost lost his mind in rage, screaming expletives. he was extremely rude, angry, and i was completely terrified of him. he "asked" where the product was being delivered to and when i explained i needed it delivering upstairs to a second floor flat, he started angrily swearing again ("oh for **** sake, are you ******* joking" etc), and standing very close to me, he pointed his finger at my face repeatedly as he "explained" by shouting that he was unaware of the stairs and that he normally wouldnt carry any item up stairs. at this point i was physically shaking, i felt sick, i couldnt control my hands or even speak properly, the aggression this man displayed towards me was utterly terrifying and i thought he might hit me because he was so aggressive and angry, and not in control of his emotions at all. at this point his colleague, a younger man who so far had said almost nothing to me, but who was not experiencing the same rage issues, must have noticed my distress because he said something in a foreign language to the angry man, presumably "stop" and he then became silent, backed away from me and started to carry my product up the stairs, dragging it up so that it banged on the steps as he dragged it. the calmer man rushed to the other end of the product and lifted it so that it wouldnt drag and bang on the stairs. between them they moved the product up the stairs eithout any further incident. i couldnt even move, i was rooted in place in a state of shock of fear. the angry man left, the calm man asked me to sign my name on his form, and then he left. i went inside my property, still shaking, vomited, and cried. im absolutely disgusted and appalled. this man's behaviour and treatment of me was just beastly. i am already scared of men as i have suffered violence from men in the past, and this has only made it worse. i will never accept deliveries from bjshomedelivery again after this literal nightmare, horror show experience customer service do nothing to help and its clear that as a family business, they are allowing a member of their family to treat customers in the worst way. read the other reviews, there are TOO MANY 1 star reviews and terrible awful descriptions of this company i will be issuing a formal complaint with an ombudsman

After purchasing a mattress from Land of Beds it was delivered by BJS. I paid extra for my old mattress to be taken away but the driver informed me there was no room in the van so they could not take it. I was left with two mattresses in my bedroom. After a heated discussion with their manager I was informed they MIGHT have another van in the area which could collect it. We are now faced with staying in all day on the off chance. Land of beds need to seriously look at their delivery provider

My time slot was 4-7pm tonight. Following non delivery I left a message and received a call at 8:15 to say they were running late and would be here at 9:30pm ish. They arrived at 10:10pm!! Not good

Three times I’ve ordered over $200 of food the driver was in contact then they just cancelled the entire order … BJ’s is the worst don’t trust them it was the day before a holiday and I was stuck with no good once again

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered from Oak furniture superstore (will never again because of these delivery people) - delivery lads turned up, 2 young lads, couldn't get the wardrobe up the stairs. We are now left with the wardrobe on the path and having to try and do it ourselves. If the shop you are ordering from uses these idiots for their delivery, DO NOT BUY from them. Go elsewhere where they have professional staff.

Disappointing Experience with Purus Life and BJS Delivery I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Purus Life and their delivery partner, BJS. The communication was abysmal, with countless phone calls and messages leading nowhere. After being instructed to wait for a delivery time slot confirmation to change the delivery date, I was then informed that I had missed the 24-hour cut-off point, resulting in a £35 rescheduling fee. This appears to be a deliberate strategy to generate extra income from customers. The customer service was unhelpful and failed to address my concerns. I would advise others to think twice before ordering from Purus Life and dealing with BJS. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

BJ's continually hires door dash and their crew of illegal, non English speaking, aliens. They have no concept of customer service and act as of we owe them something. I don't want these uncaring ... "Idiots" ... In my house. They don't even try. Instacart guys pack groceries in boxes that are readily available on site. Door Dash guys just throw the stuff in their trunk and could care less. I sincerely hope BJs stops using Door Dash. They must be cheap ... Certain below par service . I won't use Door Dash for anything anymore. I order BJs through Instacart. My food arrives undamaged, in squashed and Nestle packed in boxes. Door Dash has no reason to exist. They are the worst!!!

This is my first time ordering from them. I usually go in and shop but my sister loves their ordering service. Everything was on schedule until I received the notification that our delivery driver (Javier R) was arriving, I was nice enough to go outside to help unload. Driver drove right past me, I called him and no answer. 5 minutes later he texted : I am here. Here where? I tried calling again no answer. Then the app showed :"Sorry we missed you, your order is being returned to store, please call store to schedule redelivery. I immediately called BJs they said I had to call DoorDash. I called DD in an attempt to have them make the driver turn around. They were unable to reach him as well. But they said they would schedule another driver to attempt a redelivery. Second Driver (IliaR)was very nice and texted me that she was waiting for the order and apologized for the delay, then texted that she was informed that I canceled the order, which I had not. I called BJs many times but no one answered the phone. Then I got notification text from BJs that the order had been returned and a refund would be issued. DDash also sent a text saying there was a problem with my order and they were unable to deliver and I should call BJs. I gave up. I waited around from 9am to 3pm. Waste of I day. Never again.

The shopper picked all the wrong items as I checked no substitutes Threw it on my porch items missing deli cuts were too thick and packed sloppy . Horrible service and horrible experience

First time they delivered to us we had paid for our furniture to be unpacked and built. These guys didn’t have a clue and left us with a quarter built unit as well as damaging our kitchen ceiling. Different crew delivered second time. The ‘main’ man was in a fowl mood and backed up the van at great speed in temper at builders who he thought were in the way, opposite our house. Then he displayed a really bad misogynist attitude towards me . He was dismissive of a concern that I had , and addressed my husband only as he dismissed me. My husband noticed this too and was disgusted. Let’s just say that he had obviously been brought up to see women as second class citizens ( I’m sure you get my drift), but in this country no-one should be disrespectful!

Really poor service communication was bad and no sense of customer expectation. Just wanted to drop the delivery on my door step. Would never use these guys again
