“I have been working with Jane and she has been very helpful. She held a spot for me until I could make my deposit and secure a reservation. I appreciate and feel Bookmundi is a great tour operator. My only concern is that the price changed from the time the spot was reserved and the day I made the deposit. I am hopeful Bookmundi will honor the price at the time I reserved a spot.”

“Overall booking is simple and straightforward. I do have one problem I could not solve. I have credit from previous trips that I was told I can use for future bookings. However, I couldn’t find the place to put in the code so I can use my credit. If you can make this easier, it will be better. Thanks”

“Great customer service!!! I am dealing with Jane A and she helped me with choosing the tour for my husband since it was my surprised gift for him. She answered all my questions even up to the point of cancelling the tour I originally booked for my husband and changing it into a new one. Yes, cancelling the tour is no problem as long as it says on the tour that it is cancellable. I was able to change the tour into a totally different country! Thanks so much Jane for being so patient with me ! Thanks for all the help!!! I would say the best customer experience I have had with tour company!!!”

“Bookmundi took $2000 for a deposit to Costa Rica with my friends. They then rejected my trip and kept my money. I keep getting told that I will get it back in 72 hours, but have yet to see it. Don't book with them, THEY ARE THIEVES!!! If I can give zero stars until they are out of business, I will. I have many friends.”
