“The customer service is wonderful. We had a little hiccup when booking and having a promo code applied, but the customer service emailed back within 24hrs and fixed it right away. Very happy :)”

“I can't say enough about working with the travel agency with whom Bookmundi connected me! I was so overwhelmed with trying to plan the details of a 16-day trip with my family. Even trying to find a reputable travel agency that had intimate knowledge of my destinations had me stressed and with my mind spinning. Once Bookmundi connected me with the travel agencies in my destinations, I was quickly relieved that I was in great hands. Alican with Sunnova Travel was an excellent communicator who understood every concern and/or request I had with ease and made adjustments to create the perfect custom tour for our family. He had many recommendations that aligned with our interests and knows the destination incredibly well. I have zero doubt that we are going to have a low stress, highly enjoyable time in Turkey thanks to Sunnova Travel and Bookmundi!”

“Created what I consider to be the perfect itinerary. I do considerable research about places & things I want to see & do during my travels, & I send the list to several agencies. Other than Bookmundi, all I got back were off-the-shelf tours. Bookmundi has provided me with a driver who will cover nearly all of the items on my list, & I will be able to stay for as long or short a time as I want. Perfect!”
