This trip that we have fully paid for begins in six days. We still do not have any itinerary and have made multiple requests for this only to be told they will get it to us.. at this point I feel like I have been scammed. I gave them zero stars.”

Bookmundi worked with MiCuba to set me up with an apartment in Old Town Havana, rides to and from the airport, and local contacts to help me get acclimated, help with touring around the city, and setting up a taxi ride for my 2 days in Varadero. Daniel and Daniella were absolutely outstanding hosts and guides, it was such a huge help to be able to meet them and touring the city with Danny was like walking around Havana with an old friend. I 100% recommend Bookmundi and try and get Danny and Dani as your hosts!! Thanks guys!”
