“We booked a trip to Cuba and bought our airfare. They sent an email saying due to civil unrest we probably couldn't go and someone would get back to us. No one got back to us promptly so then i tried calling, but no one was there to take a phone call. Meanwhile my 24 hour cancelation window for my airfare was upon us, so I canceled my airfare so as not to lose my money. Then, they sent me an email and said it was fine to go to Cuba. Insane. The state department showed no travel warnings. What they should've said was that they were worried about Americans going to Cuba.”

For technical reasons, our system did not apply that USD 48 discount on your booking in particular (it did apply on the bookings), which was unintentional, and we have of course processed the USD 48 refund to you, when you made us aware of the discrepancy.
