“This was a pretty expensive 7 day $2k per person booking to Italy with NO OPTION to select room preferences. BEWARE if you are travelling as a family - the agents randomly split up people in groups of 2-3 and god forbid you are a family of 4 they will slap you with 300-500Euros extra to make that happen on top of the $2k+ !!
