“Excellent. I had questions about a flight to go along with a tour to Iguazu Falls and the agent, Ramiro, checked the flights and got back with me within minutes. Soon afterward he sent me a link to book my entire trip. My first experience with bookmundi was awesome. I will check with bookmundi to book future tours first. Thank you.”

“When I selected a tour, it said, ‘instant booking’ but I received an email, 6 hours after payment that they suspect my credit card to be fraudulent and that I need to send a picture of myself with my ID for extra safety measures. This is ridiculous since I’ve been using this Card since last six years globally without any questions. After providing the picture, they took additional 48 hours to confirm my tour. So it wasted 3 days only booking a tour.”

Dear Rakhee, Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate that. We do unfortunately see some fraud bookings on Bookmundi where the credit card used has been stolen from its original owner. We are especially on the alert when the credit card is issued in one country and the user is from another country. In a few instances we have therefore put a safety procedure in place to double-check that the user of the credit card is also the correct owner. It's not to cause inconvenience but merely to try and safeguard the credit card owner's money. We are of course sorry that this caused an undue delay for processing and confirming your booking. “Michael with Omega was very helpful in the process. I did have some confusion with the online booking options, since it wasn’t made clear that there was the extra charge for the single occupancy until AFTER I had confirmed the purchase at the lower price.”

“I booked and paid for a trip to India with Bookmundi about a month in advance, but without a visa in advance. I was led to believe by the supplier website that as a Canadian I could get an e-Visa in just a few days. That turned out not to be true. There was not enough time to get one the usual way, sending in my passport by mail. So I cancelled immediately, within 24 hours. Nevertheless the supplier insisted on a 60% cancellation fee. I protested to Jane at Bookmundi, who agreed this was unfair and took up my case with the supplier, who finally relented and returned all my money. So kudos to Jane at Bookmundi.”

“Everything with the website and the service worked very well. However, initially, we were not able to make the payment to Bookmundi for the trip. This turned out to be a problem with the bank rather than with Bookmundi. We also received a quick response from Customer Service.”

“Super great support and customer service from Peter. He was very professional and very prompt to reply.” When I canceled the trip because a Travelmate had a slight issue, and I asked him to reinstate the trip two days later, he did everything possible in his capacity to revert the cancellation and put us back on the trip. He went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. He is trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely and happily ask for him to handle my booking next time. KUDOS to you Peter and team!”
