“The Bookmundi description states that there is 4 hour tour. The confirmation states that there is a 3 hour tour. What am I to believe? What else is erroneous in the tour?”

We are happy to offer you a pro-rata refund, a full tour refund, or even provide you the tour for 4 hours, whichever solution you wish. “I have been working with Jane and she has been very helpful. She held a spot for me until I could make my deposit and secure a reservation. I appreciate and feel Bookmundi is a great tour operator. My only concern is that the price changed from the time the spot was reserved and the day I made the deposit. I am hopeful Bookmundi will honor the price at the time I reserved a spot.”

“Overall booking is simple and straightforward. I do have one problem I could not solve. I have credit from previous trips that I was told I can use for future bookings. However, I couldn’t find the place to put in the code so I can use my credit. If you can make this easier, it will be better. Thanks”
