The information supplied and communication from Caulmet was terrible. Once my order was made I waited a few days on an email telling me something about the order. No email was sent so I contacted them. I was told I should receive my order on the 5th of January. It never arrived. Contacted them on the 6th. I was told your order will be sent today and you will get it tomorrow. It never arrived. Phoned again on the 7th and I was told it had just been sent out and I was sent an email with tracking number. It finally arrived on the 8th of January. I will never use Caulmet again. Very poor

I purchased a monitor calibration colorimeter on line. The advertised page stated it was in stock and available for next day delivery. After 5 days I had still not received any communication regarding the order so I emailed customer services . There was no reply. I then phoned customer services a full 10 days after placing the order to be told the item was on 'back order ' but the operative couldn't tell me when the order would be despatched. The item arrived 3 days later now whilst 10 days is not too long to wait it is far removed from the claimed delivery timescale coupled with the fact the money was debited from my account within 36 hours. I shall think long and hard before repeat ordering anything from this company.

I raised a complaint following the manner in which my order was both shipped and the handling initially of my not receiving the order. Poor communication and no shipping details meant I missed my order being delivered twice. The customer service handler also essentially called me a liar and was abusive toward me. Not very good and I will be going back to WEX

First time I've used calumet, thought from appearance the Birmingham branch was aimed at keen amateur / professional photographers and would offer good advice and products. I went in seeking advise about wireless flash use, bought a product and returned it the following day as the instructions in it said almost the opposite of what the staff member had told me and it did not match my needs (no e-TTL function country to what I had been told). Took 5 days to refund the money to my account. I don't think I will visit calumet again anywhere or recommend you.

What once was a great company has fallen into mediocrity, they are rude instore and ignore you online. Never really offer an actual solution to the numerous problems they cause, instead make you feel like it's your fault. Too many competitors out there to accept this poor level of customer service. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

The camera bag that I bought online was not delivered on time and when I called up I was pretty disappointed by the person I have spoken with because he does not seem to care about what I was asking him about. I know it is probably not the company's fault but should be the courier service but to say "I don't know" is not very helpful. And also FedEx is terrible. It took 5 days before they have delivered the item in the right address.

Normally good service with Calumet but the last few interactions they have been rude, unhelpful and slow. There are plenty of other suppliers in the UK and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

On the phone to them for 3 days for a total of probably an hour to locate a package, was promised a call back 3 times...no one called and had to chase. Paid for next day delivery, ended up cancelling order. Terrible customer service, shambles

Tried 3 times to place an order for next day delivery. That was 10 days ago. I was charged twice and I'm still waiting for the camera. Worst online service I've ever experienced. After being a loyal customer for at least 20 years, I'll go elsewhere next time I need something photographic.

After waiting all day for my delivery I'm told a delivery was attempted and a card put through my door. No card No delivery. I now have to wait for another day unsure if the same will happen again, EXTREMELY unimpressed.

An extraordinarily frustrating and disappointing experience, you new security features were unable to recognise my particular circumstances and you therefore refused to deliver the goods. I therefore cancelled the order and placed it with an alternate supplier at the same price who delivered the goods within 48 hours to exactly the same address Calumet insisted was impossible.

poor customer service, placed a £3000 order, feed back on delivery status non existent, I called 3 times to find out when products would be available for collection, feedback was vague at best, promised a call back but didn't happen, still waiting. very frustrating, doubt I will use Calumet again...That Was two days ago, it just continues to get worse and worse.....however I finally seem to have found someone at Calumet who takes customer service seriously Raj is the only one in 5 calls, everyone else I have spoken to must just put the phone down and then couldn't care less. £3000.00 is a lot of money to me, obviously not enough to worry about for Calumet

Although I have bought from you before with little problem the latest attempted purchase was a total farce. Your website had the item I at a good price and informed me it was in stock when I placed the order but apparently it wasn't and you won't be stocking it again. Yes I got a refund but no real apology or explanation and I'm afraid if I can't rely on what your website says for online purchases I will not be buying from you in the future.

the product took so long to arrive that we dont even need it anymore. We did email back a reply to ask for it to be cancelled after waiting a few weeks but then it turned up anyway

Not received the goods yet they are on back order. Called MK office 05.10.15 they said the goods were on site, travelled from Flitwick to collect only to find goods not there and still on back order. Had to buy my goods on E- bay instead and still waiting for notification of goods to collect even though I paid for them more than 2 weeks ago.

I placed an order ugently as I was in the middle of a shoot with malfunctioning equipment. The order never arrived! They failed to contact me, to let me know that I needed to supply more identification...The end result was, I had to buy the equipment again from another supplier. They also failed to admit their fault. Not the best customer service.

I ordered some cleaning cloths three weeks ago and have finally received them today after the order was re-sent. The Calumet staff have been very helpful within the rules they are given but FedEx have made various and different claims as to what has happened. At no point was the original delivery made here nor was any missed delivery paperwork put through my letterbox.
