“Disgusting behaviour from what looked like a professional company. Refused to give me a refund and when they did eventually agree they sent a replacement with I had to spend time returning again. Still waiting for refund now, this has been going on for over a month now.”

“Would have given much higher score if it wasn't for the ridiculous postage charge. Website said free postage but at the last check-out page it added £8 in a very sneaky way. Claiming that it was a surcharge for delivery to Scottish highlands. I am not in the highlands and would never use any shop that adds such a surcharge, only on this occasion it was not made obvious during the checkout procedure.”

“Have to say the Car stereo system that i chose was excellent and first rate service from CAC.Found the controls easy to navigate on the Pioneer system i chose.Got quite a deal.Thanks again for the great service.Just a shame you don't have a shop up North near Carlisle.”

“Got a prompt reply to my query as to what cables I needed and quick delivery. Unfortunately I cannot get the cabling to work and was advised to speak to a technician at one of your centres. Not had time to do that yet.”

“Excellent product, great website and superb after sales service as I phoned and added to my online order and the guys advice was great, painless and swift . However if I could suggest using a different courier. I have not had good service with the one you use but I will not name and shame. This is why only good not very good. Keep up the tremendous work. Mr Taylor.”
