“i ordered a KTP-445 but was sent a KTP-445A and to return it i contacted via tel to return the item and was instructed to follow details via online return process so i filled in return process and still waiting for an answer so very disappointed with the return process and why they got the order wrong as it says KTP-445 on the receipt there are 3 different models of this unit KTP-445 / KTP-445A / KTP-445U but KTP-445A has been sent so the project is on hold at the moment awaiting to return the item not knowing how to at the moment.”

“Unit arrived broken. Paid for next day delivery so it's obviously urgent and a week later I'm still with a busted into and no music in the car. The returns process is arduous to say the least. Wish I purchased elsewhere”

“Despite asking if I required anything else to fit the stereo into my vehicle such as wiring harness or trim I was told that everything was included. This was not the case and I had to purchase a fitting kit.”

“website does not make clear that the aerial needs 12v down the aerial lead to work, my dab unit will not do this so had to return it, took 4 phone calls to be able to return the aerial but the refund was very prompt”

“I have just purchased a deh-x6600dab pioneer radio to replace a clarity cce203dab. The information said that the aerial caandab001 was optional , so naturally i assumed the DAb aerial already in my vehicle would just connect in and i would be up an running , however this is not the case as i get the aerial connection error message . Very disappointed”

“I very rarely write reviews... I am more than happy writing this one! They were cheaper than anywhere elsewhere on line by far. However their service was excellent, both in delivering the product immediately as well as when calling up to request a few more bits. Friendly,helpful and again, delivered the following day. Definitely 5 star service.”

“By far the cheapest for the particular Stereo I wanted. Easy ordering, fast delivery, with tracking which entertained me for a morning, and a free Parma Violet air freshener which really smells like Parma Violets. All round an outstanding purchasing experience. Will definetly use them again.....”

“I found the in car DVD player which was exactly what I wanted for my campervan at an absolute bargain price at Car Audio Centre. The ordering process was really easy and it was delivered the next day. I fitted it the same evening and it is a really good bit of kit. Very happy customer!”
