I ordered a car stereo from Car Audio Centre which never arrived due to some kind of mix-up with Royal Mail. It took more than 4 months of emails and phone calls before I was finally able to get a refund ~ ridiculous!

Terrible service & a very poor experience overall. Continually sent the wrong parts, returns office never open, emails unanswered. I ended up knowing more about the parts I needed than they did, & got some elsewhere. After 6 months, i still have some bits to return which nobody seems to want, although to be fair I have been refunded & am not out of pocket. Will never use again though.

Wrong item was sent to me. It tool me 2'weekes to replace it, i spent 20 pounds just on phoning carbaudio center since i got charged 75 p per minute every time i called them

Ordered wrong peoduct by mistake no info on paperwork to return filled in return form twice spoke on phone twice and still nothing after 15days ordered the right product 15 days later still waiting for that after 15 days its been changed twice as no stock and last covo was told it would be here in 2 days that was 4 days ago

The payment service and delivery service was very good and quick. The only porblem i have was that was sent a faulty amp, and when i e-mailed the returns section of the website, it said you would reply to me within 48 hours, i waited 3 days for a reply and never recived one, at which point i had to ring the customer service section and pay fo rthe call, which i was not impressed about, for them to tell me that i hadf to a-mail a seperate place, i also had to pay for the amp to be sent back when it wasnt my fault that the amp was faulty in the first place, after already paying a considerable fee to you.

Placed order for headunit and ALL wiring necessay to connect to Vauxhall Meriva, took 2 weeks to recieve, apparantly was sent out but courier sent back because no one could sign for it!! Wiring kit did work after a call to shop for technical advise(instructions were poor), Dash fitting kit came with NO instructions but being mechanically minded i managed to work out. NO AERIAL converter supplied so now gona have to wait a little longer until they send me 1 hopefully free of charge seeing as i asked for FULL fitting kit in first place.

The product itself was fine, until it broke. I was told I needed parts that I did not. The customer service I experienced after was utterly shocking! CAC were rude to me and threatened me with blackmail. When I said my headunit had a problem and I also wanted to return an item that had not been used (and still boxed), I was told I could have one or the other!!! If I tried to get to claim both, the gentleman said "my life would be made very hard and I would probably not get my headunit repaired". I shall certainly never use these people again.

Shocking customer service. No response to 3 emails and 75p a min calls. Faulty product sent back once, received another faulty product that I couldn't return a 2nd time. Would not buy from again!

the product i bought after being delivered, i discovered to be broken. After specifically booking and appointment in order to fit the product, it caused nothing but inconvienece.

The item was late on getting to me. The logistics company told you they had attempted delivery twice and posted cards through my door, but they had not!!! Then I emailed a question after recieving the item and I am still awaiting a reply. All in all an overall poor customer service!

I bought a sony amp from them which was used (sign of use) and faulty, i told the manchester salesperson that i will be taking it abroad and wont be able to return it but he still gave me that. I realized it late once i took it over to another country and i did let them know, but they seem to be not bothered by it at all. I am going to write a rip off report on this and mention it on all forums.

It took 3 attempts and 2 weeks to get the wrong Vauxhall lead and in the end it found it else where.

The part sullied was not compatible with my car (even though they assured me it was), therefore the unit was returned, After waiting 6 weeks and several expensive phone calls a refund was eventually made. The refund is at present only 75% of the actual cost of the part and I am trying to get the full refund with more expensive phone calls incurred to there refund office which is only open at inconvenient times. The refund process is disgraceful as it was completely Car Audio Centres fault in advising me of the incorrect part for my car and non-compatibility of the part supplied. I will not be purchasing any items from this company again.

Was advised on ordering some wire harnesses for some hands free for two Mercedes vans, we didn't need them and rang to arrange returns and no one has got back to me and this was 3 weeks ago, not good service.

Disgusting company!! Paid for next day shipping - stereo arrived but no sound when fitted! Sent back at my own expense to which they refused to refund initial postage or my postage saying that the stereo did work! Strange how I saw it after halfords fitted it and it was not working!

Bought a "B" grade amplifier. Amp was dirty and some screws missing. On testing it out the circuit board inside started to burn! emailed and said what happened, but never got a reply. Put the whole business down to experience. Definately won't buy from CAC ever again.

The item was faulty, I emailed the claims department several times and received no responses. I have no doubt that I will never use Car Audio Centre again and I'm disgusted with the service. I still have the faulty speakers in the box sitting in my house collecting dust due to your poor customer service.
