the product i bought after being delivered, i discovered to be broken. After specifically booking and appointment in order to fit the product, it caused nothing but inconvienece.

The item was late on getting to me. The logistics company told you they had attempted delivery twice and posted cards through my door, but they had not!!! Then I emailed a question after recieving the item and I am still awaiting a reply. All in all an overall poor customer service!

I bought a sony amp from them which was used (sign of use) and faulty, i told the manchester salesperson that i will be taking it abroad and wont be able to return it but he still gave me that. I realized it late once i took it over to another country and i did let them know, but they seem to be not bothered by it at all. I am going to write a rip off report on this and mention it on all forums.

It took 3 attempts and 2 weeks to get the wrong Vauxhall lead and in the end it found it else where.

The part sullied was not compatible with my car (even though they assured me it was), therefore the unit was returned, After waiting 6 weeks and several expensive phone calls a refund was eventually made. The refund is at present only 75% of the actual cost of the part and I am trying to get the full refund with more expensive phone calls incurred to there refund office which is only open at inconvenient times. The refund process is disgraceful as it was completely Car Audio Centres fault in advising me of the incorrect part for my car and non-compatibility of the part supplied. I will not be purchasing any items from this company again.

Was advised on ordering some wire harnesses for some hands free for two Mercedes vans, we didn't need them and rang to arrange returns and no one has got back to me and this was 3 weeks ago, not good service.

Disgusting company!! Paid for next day shipping - stereo arrived but no sound when fitted! Sent back at my own expense to which they refused to refund initial postage or my postage saying that the stereo did work! Strange how I saw it after halfords fitted it and it was not working!

Bought a "B" grade amplifier. Amp was dirty and some screws missing. On testing it out the circuit board inside started to burn! emailed and said what happened, but never got a reply. Put the whole business down to experience. Definately won't buy from CAC ever again.

The item was faulty, I emailed the claims department several times and received no responses. I have no doubt that I will never use Car Audio Centre again and I'm disgusted with the service. I still have the faulty speakers in the box sitting in my house collecting dust due to your poor customer service.

I bought cd/usb player, in the website was show that came with remote control but when a got the player nothing was inside very disappointed!!!

I payed for next day delivery and relieved it 5 days after, and I Wrote to them and they didn't even get back to me

Laughable. Purchased three items, one of which was apparently not in stock, caraudiocenter did not tell me this however until I called to check where the order was a week later. I was told that the order would simply be held for months until the item was in stock! I was then offered an alternative, the 'in phase' car speaker, unsurprising given that caraudiocentre is owned by in phase international. A con as far as I am concerned. Eventually got a refund but was not easy.

No problem with ordering from the car audio centre website, but delivery was terrible. it took two weeks for me to finally receive my product, and that was purely down to the courier (Hermes) the product was sent out for delivery three times, and apparently the lady that delivered it is absolutely useless ( the company i work for have had problems with parcels from this courier in the past ) i dont think i would buy from CAC again due to this very reason

Bought a item from this shop on the internet and there was something was missing, I was unable to contact the shop and they did not reply to any of my emails so I am stuck with item that doesn't work, please take my advise and do not buy from this shop

Subwoofer was delaminating and scratched out of the box amp of poor quality but good shipping and tracking I won't buy again

My order got returned to sender (my fault) when I reordered it took ages and I had to call twice to get my parcel dispatched. They were good after this though. Got it dispatched asap and all goods were good

Bought the item on phone told it was the best deal and speakers set spent 400qiud when got it was second hand and box very Los ,was told it might of been a refurbished item you can send it back and we will send you a new one,no full refund does anybody check afore they send out anymore,also the cable they sent was wrong,Told refund can take 28days,taking the p...h no not buying from you again sorry waste of time

I went into the Birmingham branch twice with enquires on the product, and they were the most useless, unhelpful customer assistance ever. After first giving me false information which led to buying a £200 product that was uncompatible, they then said I couldn't take it back, and gave me no help in how to resolve the problem, absolutely terrible,
