“Bought a Clarion NX302E AV unit described as having 2x AV inputs front jack AV in and rear phono. It does not. It has front jack AV in but only phono rear video in. It does have a rear usb but when I phoned to ask how to use this for audio in I was told you did not know. I would have preferred you to find out. And let me know. I phoned Clarion but they have not replied. I still do not know how to connect my TVs tuner audio.”

“This is a review for my recent purchase of the JL-Audio TR690-TXi - 6 x 9 inch Coaxial Speakers from the CarAudioCentre. (Very speedy and free delivery). Bought these to go in the rear of my 1996 TVR Chimaera to compliment my front JL-Audio TR650-CXi's which in my opinion really punch some bass. While although I haven't actually got round to fitting them yet, (My installation requires delicate cutting of carpet and fibre glass) if they pack the same punch and audio clarity as the TR650's then I will be more than happy. Running all 4 speakers off a Pioneer mechless MVH-X580 (4 x 50w) head unit with no amps, I truly believe these speakers will surpass all expectation. Hope this helps.”

“Not friendly no help or advice. Bought sub from them online had problems connecting it up. Phoned Leicester shop got told to phone head office and he wouldn't help me!! So I phoned Birmingham where the guy helped me and got it working. Poor not using them again”

“Good service overall, questions answered quickly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and purchase price of hardware was best on the net. On the down side, whilst the hardware was very well priced, the fitting pricing was a bit shocking, in fact double the next quote i got from a nationwide audio fitter hence why only 4 stars.”

“Please don’t waste your hard earned money by giving it to this company. They kept telling me an item was on back order for three weeks, one item would come I then they would sell it while they waited for the other. They then offered me some of their own branded items as an “upgrade” because it cost more. Once delivered, they were fault and didn’t work! When I requested they be replaced by the original items I wanted, they said they won’t replace them with anything else because they’re now used, and insisted that it’s probably down to my wiring because apparently car audio is a specialist topic, and doesn’t abide by the regular principles of electricity and needs to be done by a specialist. They are a bunch of patronising conmen. Please think twice and go for a company with a better reputation for customer service. You won’t get it from these Muppets.”
