“I bought the Kenwood KDC-DAB43U DAB stereo radio...very fast delivery and at a great price. I did have to buy a wiring harness in order to fit the unit to my "grey import" cars existing wiring. All in all I'm very happy with Car Audio Centre. Decent stereo, cheap price, quick delivery - what more can you ask for?”

“Sent me a clearly used, and also broken sub. Couldn't get the online returns process to work so called them and returned the item. They refunded me less £6 for postage - but why should I pay £6 for them to send me something that was clearly not as described and was in fact BROKEN?”

“I tried to cancel item, no response and then a day later item was dispatched. Halfords was selling the stereo for cheaper so I then asked if they would honor their promise to match the price sold elsewhere if it's cheaper. Funny that I never heard anything back! And to top it off the head unit looked warn when it was supposed to be new! I will chalk this one up to a learning experience and buy from more credible sources next time.”

“Don't waste your money please. Those guys probably sale, ex-returned or refurbished products . I bought a Dashcam NextBase 402G heavily used with missing contents items in the box and they sold it as new . I have tried to contact them 3 times by email and they never reply to me.”

“I have mixed views. As I'm not quite sure if this review is for the company or the product I have purchased. So I'll start with the company. 5 stars for customer service when I called sales on the phone they answered the call promptly. They were friendly and polite and answered all the questions I asked clearly. The product I purchased was 2 pairs of InPhase SXT57.1C 220W 5X7" 2 way shallow component speaker system. I dont have much knowledge about car speakers but have seen enough good quality ones and for the price I paid, I expected a much better build quality than these appear to be. However I cannot judge them by build quality alone and with nothing of a similar price to compare them with in terms of sound quality. At this time I would rate the product at 3 stars. If I find someone who has a similar priced set of the same size/specification speakers I will post another review. So in terms of sound quality I would not take my product review into account when purchasing.”
