“Brilliant! The guy I spoke to on the phone knew his stuff. the new DAB radio came very speedily, fitted perfectly and sounds incredible, couldn't be more pleased.”

“I like to buy cheap things with waranty..and not wait too much for them when i buy online..like this happend with Car Audio Centre....was cheap...1 year waranty..(some of items are defective and not working after one month they are used)..easy install..you just connect and place back the cd stereo...i'm really happy..i would recommend this website”

“After looking online through amazon and reviewing the pioneer DEH6600Dab stereo, i decided to purchase this on the basis of the product features. One of which is advertised as bluetooth for hands free calling, to only find when it had arrived and installed that it does not actually have bluetooth at all. i had reviewed the product on amazon then brought directly from car audio center as they offered free delivery, however this product on amazon was being sold by the same car audio center, after speaking with someone at the car audio center about the problem i faced with this, the fella was very abrupt in telling me it was not there problem as it did not say bluetooth on there website from which i brought from, i still felt they should have some responsibilities for selling through amazon and money way going to them, and presumed the product would of been the same. i wasnt helped in any way and felt as if they didnt want to help me resolve this apart from me having to sent the product back to them at my cost and also pay a £5 admin fee for returning a product (really) that i didnt want as it wasnt up to the spec i needed, at no point have i felt understood or cared for as a customer with this company by what seems like a large turn over company, had there attitude been different i may of brought all the rest of the stuff i needed through them, i feel they should take some responsibility for the advertised wording on amazon for there product that states car audio center, as this has caused me a lot of hassle and extra costs .”

“I telephoned through my order for this DAB stereo, I asked the advisor which DAB Ariel was compatible he replied that the unit was supplied with one. It wasn't and it even states in the instruction manual that one is not supplied with the unit. So as my vehicle was having the unit gutted I was without it for the day now I have had to purchase an Ariel (elsewhere) And be without my vehicle again when this is fitted.”

“Pleased with products supplied but main website is misleading in that it indicates heavy discounts yet a look on CAC's own Amazon listing reveals a further 20-30% discount on the same products. Wrote to CAC about this and they acknowledged receipt of my message but then failed to follow it up.”

“Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Friday and that was in The Netherlands! Item was as described, only flaw was that the screws supplied to fix the locking device of the cage did not fit.”

“Your service at the begening was good, ive spent nearly £3000 pounds woth you in the last week, i order a specicfic item along with other products over the phone and paid extra for a saturday delivery, i get my delivery the next day on saturday but find out the main item i needed was not sent out to me, if you did not have it in stock then you should of told me this on the day of order or at the time of dispach, then atleast i could of ordered from some were else, i paid some one to do an install for me in saturday but the job was left incomplete as the product was not sent out to me, i would not be using your services again, My name is kay 07725112397 you can call me if you need to discuss further”

“I went into Halfords told them the reg of my car they told me a list of bits I would need. So they ordered them and took my money , a week and a half later no bits and no explanation so I got a refund. I went on the Car Audio Centre web site and was pleasantly surprised to see the same bits £43 cheaper. I ordered them on the Saturday and they were delivered on the Tuesday ???????? Great service I would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.”

“Prices are excellent and have a wide range of products but unsure on staff knowledge as I was told I needed only a facia for my Astra and not a full fitting kit with cage as the head unit comes with one and a double din fits but it appears that the cage with the head unit is way too big to slot in and the facia did not fit properly so was a bit disappoined as I had to spent another 45 quid on a fitting kit from my local car Audio shop but overall now the products are fitted it sounds really good”
