When I ordered my roadangel over the phone he said I would get 1 month subscription free.but I haven't as yet

Goods were competitively priced, despatched promptly and arrived on time. The Post Office tracking system was not so good!

Excellent service, rang for advice which was very helpful and helped me make my choice. I rang very late in the day and it was just after 5pm when I made my purchase but the radio still got dispatched that day. Great Thanks.

Called your Nottingham branch for assistance prior to ordering. The chap I spoke to could do enough for me, he was very informative and knowledgable. Great to speak to someone that knows their stuff!

Your dispatch of my new Road Angel Gem was very good. I did find the registration of the new device challenging as I had to do it twice over and when I get in the car the Gem asks me to Re Register. No doubt it will so itself out. Peter Grant

Hi, I ordered an amplifier on 24 Nov 2016 to get delivered on 25 Nov 2016. No delivery till today 12 Dec 2016. Have call them about 4 times nothing have been made they asked me to pay the delivery again.Still no delivery no refund . Bloody Thieves ! Avoid buying from this company . Really poor service

Excellent service arrived next day even though I hadn't paid for next day delivery. Can't review item as it is a Christmas present but will definitely use this company again.

sent 2 emails as the radio was not working and not had any reply,very bad,would never buy again from them nor would i recomend

Not worthy of one star. Ordered a head unit 2 weeks ago. Got in contact today as have not heard anything. They claim they had made contact to make me aware that the product was out of stock. Apparently emails had been sent and due to not reciving a response to the emails the order had been cancelled... funny that because all the emails came through after I spoke to them. Lets hope I can get a replacement before Christmas.

I had a problem with my Road Angel Halo and was asked to send it to them, and given the web link for the return form. Unfortunately, the form had an old address on it (and still has) so, even though the package was 'signed-for' at the address, when delivered, it has no been lost. They had moved offices without updating their website, or form. I was offered a new Halo at a greatly reduced priced and had to accept it, but I still want my original one back to fir in my wife's car. I don't think that I should have had to pay for their mistake. Service appears to be good when contacting them by phone, but getting a response to support questions on my online account seems to be hit-and-miss; I have been waiting over a week now for an update about my lost unit.

I purchased a stereo and a lightening lead on line.The Stereo arrived as promised but no lead and no communication. I telephoned and was told the lead was out of stock and I should have been told.Promised a refund for the lead but it has not come.Very disappointing service.
