“By refunding my money after selling me a product that they didnt have. I recieved no communication from the company to say they could not get item. The only reason i found out was because i called up. Spoke to one guy that was useless and then another who advised me correctly. About to do an entire install on my car, not sure i would use this company. Disapointed customer.”

“They made sure I had everything needed, including all the necessary information, without trying to up sell in any way. In fact they informed me that there where better options available at lower cost. Customer service was first class, delivery fast and efficient. Everyone I spoke to were very knowledgeable & friendly. Will definitely be my first call for future purchases and I will recommend to all my friends.”

“Service and delivery very good from yourselves however Road Angel have been less than satisfactory. They used to have a very helpful customer service lady, now when you call anyone you speak to seems devoid of phone manners, getting my new Gem registered took four phone calls. Sometimes the phone was answered and then put down. One employee said the poor service was due to new servers etc. If you are partnering Road Angel you should try and call anonymously and find out first hand”

“Not used yet as a Crimbo pressie, sure hubby is going to like as what he asked for, however I did pay £4.99 for it to be wrapped and it came unwrapped, did arrive quickly.”

“The unit works well, but unfortunately, the mains charging plug is faulty and waiting for a replacement mains charging plug from Road Angel supplies. Other than that minor problem, the actual Road Angel Gem itself is working fine. Thank you.”

“Very good retail service. Poor courier service. I paid for timed next day delivery and it was delivered early outside that timing and just left on the doorstep. No one signed even though the courier appears to have signed the for customer ! Just unacceptable”

“I bought a conversion lead for my car stereo from the Car Audio Centre, which didn’t work so I contacted them about it, they advised me it needed an additional patch which |I bought from them. Even with this patch the lead was incompatible with my car. So I contacted them again, and they agreed that if I returned the items they would give me a full refund, which I am pleased to say they have done straight away. I cannot fault this company, they were very helpful through my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone else who may be considering using them.”
