“AVOID!!! Two ugly problems: 1. I tried to change my booking so that I can return the car 8 hours later but the website on the mobile phone didn't let me do it! Annoying. 2. I came a few minutes late and they charged me 30 Euro extra! I didn't see anything about this in their emails or contract. There is no one to talk to. A company with no face. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

“Paid 80 euros for a car in Dublin - an absolute cowboy partner operation called Eazirent. Their card machine had problems. They tried to block off 2200EURO from my credit card, which exceeded my limit. In the end they said "you havent been charged just get out!" Disgusting customer service. I have since attempted to contact carjet only to be told that I was in the wrong and I cant get a refund. I "didnt cancel 1 hour before". What a joke. Rent with the big boys and dont try and save money with these scammers.”
“Terrible company! If 0 stars was an option, I would give it! I booked to rent a car in Glasgow last September and on the policy it stated the car could be returned after hours for an additional fee. When I arrived to collect the car, the car company said this wasn’t possible and I was unable to rent the car due to an early flight the following morning. This meant I had to book a taxi in replacement. The car company started they had no issues returning the money however when I tried to contact Car jet about, they have done nothing but ignored my claim. I have rang and emailed numerous times and still nothing. Worst company ever and would NOT recommend anyone use this company. Pay the extra money with other companies and you will get better services than this!”

I cancelled a rental car I prepaid with them, as my flights got changed and have yet to receive a response/refund. I then had to book another rental car from a different airport for that same day only to have them cancel the booking as the time I had booked the car rental place was closed, so their error and they canceled, and I haven't received a refund for that either. I have called and emailed multiple times.”

“I have nothing good to say about this company. We were scheduled to pick up a car on 26 December at Stansted Airport. Our first issue was that Car Jet said the pick up desk was in the arrivals hall. It wasn't. The Information desk at Stansted told us it was in the car rental village. This involved a bus ride after a wait for that bus. We arrived at a couple of minutes past the scheduled pick up time and the rental desk was closed and nobody was there, not even leaving after closing a desk up. We were told by another rental company they had not been there for some time.
We telephoned Car Jet on 27 December to report our experience and were told they would look into it with the rental company at Stansted and come back to us.
Despite further emails nobody came back to us.
We have just spoken to them some 16 days later, after several previous failed attempts to do so, with nobody answering the telephone and us being kept waiting in a queue for a long time on each occasion. They have not accepted any responsibility for the false information we were given, or for the fact that the rental company was not there for us to pick up the car.
Our contract was with Car Jet and not the rental company. Car Jet have suggested to us today that we could open another claim with the Rental Company which is clearly inappropriate and Car Jet's way of denying any responsibility and refusing to refund the money we paid in advance.
My last issue is how could we have been rented a car with a pick up time of 4.00 p.m. when the rental desk obviously closed at 4.00 p.m.
This is not a reliable company or one that I could recommend to anybody.”
“DO NOT book with this company I booked and paid for car hire €600and when I went to collect it EURO CAR refused to give me the car and informed me they don’t accept the insurance I paid to carjet .It is impossible to contact them the number provided just keeps you on hold and there is no contactable Email. They take your money and there is no way to reclaim it. Euro car is fully aware of this and don’t care”
“A month ago I gave Car Jet 5 stars for ease of booking since then I have picked up and returned my car and can now give a full review. I now give them 2 stars and would not recommend them for the following reasons:
1) The shuttle information. To the car rental pick up point at Heathrow is wrong and this delayed us 1 1/2 hours and we had to catch a cab.
2) We had to change our holiday plans in UK and leave for France earlier than expected and had the following problems:
A) The Carjet web site does not allow you to schedule an early return.
B) It was impossible to get an answer from the Customer Service number or leave a message. Phone calls simply do not complete.
C) Nobody answered the telephone number for the Heathrow dealership either.
D) I emailed Customer Services but only got an automated reply saying it would be referred to the manager.
E) I, therefore, drove the car to the Easirent dealership and it was closed at 10:30 pm. The website says it is open until 00:30 am.
F) There was no Drop Box.
G) The Moxi hotel would not take the key and said this happens alot and people simply leave their cars in the Car park
H) I, therefore, put my keys in an envelope and placed it on the dashboard for Easirent in the morning.
I) I emailed Customer Services telling them what I had done and where they could find the car.
J) I got another automated reply.
K) Having not got a closing invoice I was concerned that the car could have been stolen so emailed Customer Service yet again. No reply.
L) So deeply concerned one week later I called Easirent and got through.
Fortunately the car was still there 1 week later and my account is closed. Though Car Jet advertise that you can return the car at any time this is difficult and they will not refund you even in the most extraneous of circumstances. All round a bad choice for me. Price is not everything.”

Was a bit anxious when CArJet was actually renting thru Europcar, Glasgow Airport, but the rep there reassured us it was fine. I had car for a month and no issues & the deposit which had been held on card was released & everything was great
Customer service with Europcar was brilliant as I had issues with a "Busgate" lane & called them a couple of times

They didn’t provide correct information on the booking voucher for renting a car and after paying for car rental + insurance I couldn’t collect my car using my credit card which was rejected by car rental company. I couldn’t cancel my CarJet booking as the plane landed delayed so I had to pay for a new car rental. I requested a refund through my bank which CarJet rejected despite my argument that their voucher was incorrect.
AVOID! Scam!!!!!”

“Been to Malta many times and car hire is inexpensive. I admittedly never arrived and departed on a Sunday before. However I did not expect to pay more when I picked car up. I did take insurance this time but still 1400 euro card block. Also they took 25 euro each on arr and depart even though KLW never met the car and keys posted in a letterbox! 40 euros on top for half a tank of fuel is also daylight robbery! So in reality It cost ÂŁ150 for a week with fuel and insurance in a i10.”
