Sorry I had to give them one star. They deserve none. I hired a car through them in Northern Ireland a few weeks ago but because of a much delayed flight I had to change the time one (same rental company) and then twice (different rental company). The first rental company declined the second booking because their office was closing before arrival and they had hired the first car to someone else (also could not have been collected for the same reason) and list no money on that. That company did not charge CarJet for either car but CarJet have so refused to refund any of my money (pretending the hire company did charge them) though they got a fee on the final successful hire from a different company. They seem to be running a racket. They were offering a car from the (closed hire company) even after their office hours. Very shoddy.

Bad company. Monday we got a strike from the airport of Charleroi and we called the company to explain the situation and told them we would rebook a new flight and that we come to pick up the car the day after, on Tuesday. The company didn't had any solution for us, the only thing they told us is that we need to rebook the car, charged at a higher amount for 2 days instead of 3 days. So we already paid a first time and they want us to pay a second time for the same car, but only at a higher rate! Unbelievable. I send a complain to their help desk, no mail back. I wouldn't recommand this company at all!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I was scammed out of 350€. I had a confirmed booking for a van for a holiday with friends, for a very good price. When I arrived at the airport, the booking company told me that they had a booking for a Fiat panda (a tiny car). If I wanted the van that was confirmed in my booking, I would need to pay twice as much, as the confirmed booking with CarJet. I called the CarJet office and the representative told me, I could book the expensive 9-seater van, and they would reimburse me after the holiday, when I sent them the invoice. I was dumb enough to trust this company, and have been waiting for my money ever since. They are not helpful on the phone. Their customer service barely responds. It's all smoke and mirrors. These people are thieves!! DO NOT BOOK.

Disgusting company. Left us in a strange city in marocco and just refused to give us our car that we had already paid for. After 3 months still no money back and they’ve already asked me 20 times for my credit card info so they can look it up. I kept giving it to them for them to say after 3 months that I can’t get a refund because I used my mothers creditcard. Luckily my creditcard company is starting a procedure against these scammers. DO NOT EVER USE!!

The worst company I ever encountered in my entirely life. From day one till the end it's a mess. They don't have office in Istanbul airport we had to wait for the driver to pick us up for 45minutes. I booked megane they tried to gave me Clio. Then they gave me a scrap megane all the body is dent or scratched. Bonnet of the car is defective and had to make tape to not being open on the highway with the Risk of having an accident. Totally mess. I hope that after many bad reviews they understand how they must treat their estimate clients.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company and they will rip you off and waste your time They don’t know how to speak English and will charge you $45 a day for insurance or will not give you the car

This is the worst car rental company I had to deal with! Firstly they have shortchanged me with a lower profile car ( Renault Tailant- Petrol) with a faulty handbrake and this is despite having paid over £400 for a specific model (Fiat Egea- Diesel). Secondly they provided no after sales support at all! Thirdly despite having paid additional EUR168 for a fully comprehensive insurance I have had to pay for a tyre change service from my own pocket and furthermore I have been accused of damaging the car on purpose on spite. The carnet employee was rude and aggresive and did not understand what fully comprehensive insurance means! They even charged me for a car park fee of which occured prior to collection of the car. The petrol tank was offered full at point of online payment however arrived totally empty at point of collection. The company does not have an office at the airport and I have spent an hour trying to find their collection point at the airport. Total nightmare!

Even 0ne star is not worth giving to Carjet.com . I advise other people to be careful. I made a booking through Carjet.com for car rental in Antalya. This was on 3rd October. I paid them 111.61 euros . When attended the car company at Antalya airport called Goldcar Rent, they refused 2 of my debit cards and one mastered card and even cash money claiming they would only accept credit car. Something I didn't know and have not experienced before. Anyway if this was their policy then it should be clarified to the customers. My last car rental was 4 months ago in Croatia with the same mastered card. Anyway they refused to give me the car and the deal was cancelled by them. Carjet.com did not refund me and gave no explanation. This is a way of robbing money from people. I mean charging for giving nothing. The cancellation was from the car rental and not me. I ended up taking a taxi to the resort. Carjet.com even did not give an apology for this wrong doing. There customer service is very poor.

Neer book to this broker, they have office in Spain no customer service, No email, No answer in case problem, I have book with them and I have funded office closed even if in the voucher received was written office open. I have paid another booking even more expensive then previous with Car jet, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

CarJet has sent the wrong reservation to the rental provider. I have chosen automatic transmission on the site and the car in the reservation was Toyota CHR Hybrid with auto transmission. During the pickup rental agency showed me the booking they got from CarJet and it was a group B car which means for this provider Hyundai i10 manual, which is a way worse car with a wrong transmission than Toyota CHR. The support line does not work.

Hier sollten Sie lieber nicht buchen! Warum? Lesen Sie sich alles durch! Kurzgefasst: - Anbieter storniert Auftrag, wir bekommen das erst am Zielflughafen mit. - Das gebuchte Auto ist deshalb nicht mehr buchbar, wir bekommen ein ganz anderes Fahrzeug. - Voller Versicherungsschutz ist gebucht und bezahlt… Vor Ort heist es dann, dass dies nicht gebucht wurde. - Sehr Unseriöse, Respektlose, Unkompetente Arbeiter. - Es fehlt jegliche Kommunikation zwischen Carjet und Partner. Langform der Ereignisse: Einige Tage/Wochen vor der Abreise haben wir über diesen Anbieter unseren PKW gemietet. Die Anzahlung wurde unserer Seits direkt über die Kreditkarte beglichen. Wir haben bewusst die teurere Variante ausgewählt und dachten, dass wir den vollen Versicherungsschutz geniesen werden. Als wir im Flugzeug saßen bekamen wir eine Whatsapp Nachricht... " Hallo, wir haben Ihren gebuchten Fahrzeug für Sie reserviert". Bis dahin war alles gut… Wir sind gelandet… Gepäck geholt… Schnell haben wir festgestellt das alles schief läuft ! Als wir draußen waren wurden wir nicht empfangen. Es war keiner da, der uns das gemietete Auto übergeben sollte. Schnell habe ich bei dem Autovermieter angerufen. Ich habe Ihm gesagt, dass wir da sind und gefragt wo er ist. Er sagte zu mir, dass er unser Auto nicht mehr habe, da wir zu spät gekommen sind.. Ich meine, es ist jedem klar, das Carjet den Flug verfolgen muss um zu wissen wann wir landen. Unser Flug hatte verspätung.. Wir haben ein anderes Auto bekommen ( Nicht den Wünschen entsprechend). Wir mussten den vollen Betrag im Büro bezahlen obwohl die volle Versicherung nicht beinhaltet war. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma waren sehr Respektlos, Unfreundlich und Unorganisiert. Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Anbieter vor Ort und dem Auftraggeber, in diesem Fall Carjet.com ist miserabel! Tut euch selber den gefallen.. Bleibt fern von diesem Anbieter.

I paid £ 80 to Carjet for renting a car and when I went to pick the car up the rental company told me I had to pay other £ 150 because Carjet doesn ‘t give any money to them . Then I cancelled the booking and I received an email , which I could not reply to,saying they could not refund me . They stole my money and I didn’t have the car and I could not complaint and explain to anybody . They don’t have any email , just a phone number in Portugal , which keeps you on the line spending a lot of money , without answering . I won’t use this company anymore

Wij hebben een hele goede ervaring. De website was heel duidelijk en we hebben een auto gehuurd zonder de extra verzekering. De dag voor we naar Kefalonia vertrokken kregen we nog een app hoe we naar het verhuur bedrijf moesten lopen. Daar hebben we het resterende bedrag gewoon met onze ING pas betaalt. De bagage werd netjes in onze auto gezet. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Met terug brengen ook totaal geen problemen. Na het lezen van alle slechte recensies kneep ik hem wel, maar alles is super goed verlopen. Misschien ligt het aan de bestemming?

WARNING, CarJet is cheap BUT it comes at a cost! CarJet has ZERO customer support. I booked through them while in Croatia twice. First time I booked it all went through fine. The second time however there was an issue with the service provider they connected me with called (OK Mobility-RENT A CAR). Firstly I was directed to the Airport in Split, they aren't in the airport at all but on a dirt carpark outside the airport. Secondly these people refused to take a Debit MasterCard or a debit VISA card for the insurance deposit. They would only take a credit card. They blamed CarJet. I told them the previous booking from a few weeks ago also through CarJet and the service provider (GLOBAL RENT A CAR) had no such issues with using a debit card. The deposit amount was put aside and I got it back at the end of the hire. The lady then rudly said "well that's them not us". Where CarJet then failed miserably was when I tried to call them no one would answer the phone in the middle of the day. They actually hung up on me after 15 minutes of waiting. I called back and waited another 15 minutes without anyone attending to my call. I then had to pay for the insurance outright over 500 euros or OK-Mobility wouldn't release the car to me effectivly losing what I already paid for the car rental. The car rental itself was only 330 Euros. It's unbelievable, it's extortion. It's "give us more money or loose what you've already given us". I warn people about using CarJet because if ANYTHING goes wrong, you are on your own. If CarJet do not want to use debit cards then why did you allow me to pay you for the hire with a debit card, why do you not make it clear that a debit card is not acceptable BEFORE a booking is made. It's extremely dishonest and unfair, stay away people. Also stay away from OK-Mobility because they aren't even OK, they aren't even close to even a mediocre OK. Their refusal to help me out, the rudeness of the staff and then over the top insurance cost is enough to drive an unquenchable motivation to let everyone know to stay away, so you don't fall into the hole I did. Stay away from both these companies. It's not worth the headache, the frustration or wasted time.

Do not hire cars from this company, it’s a big scam, they will never give you your deposit back, after 2 months and we are still waiting for ours… numerous emails and phone calls have been made to no avail… Not sure how police is not involved in this scam company… read reviews before renting a car from them… be very very careful, the whole company is a big SCAM

Das muss man sich vorstellen: Wir stehen am Flughafen in Madeira und es ist niemand da, der uns (wie vereinbart) abholen sollte! Ich kontaktierte telefonisch die Leihwagenfirma, von der wir das Auto erhalten sollte. Diese teilte mir mit, dass das Fahrzeug vor einigen Monaten durch die Firma Carjet grundlos storniert wurde! Ich erhielt jedoch keine Benachrichtigung darüber!!! Ganz im Gegenteil: Ich bekam 3 Tage vor unserer Anreise in Madeira von Carjet noch eine Buchungserinnerung per mail zugesandt. Und das, obwohl sie die Buchung schon vor Monaten storniert hatten! Unglaublich!!! Wir mussten nun bei einer anderen Firma direkt am Flughafen ein Fahrzeug mieten. Gott sei Dank war noch eines verfügbar, sonst wären wir ordentlich in der Sch...... gesessen. Dieses Unternehmen ist das allerletzte!!! Die müsste man verklagen! BUCHEN SIE HIER AUF KEINEN FALL EINEN LEIHWAGEN!!! Auch die anderen Rezessionen sprechen für sich....

I am also trying for a refund and they have stoppped replying my enquiry by email. Noone ever answers !!! I paid twice this time for one booking ( the payment at first attempt was not going through )and asked for a refund for the double booking . we had problem paying with one credit card and we paid with another card later on . It ended up that the first card was debited anyway. So we paid from 2 cards for the same booking . They have not replied if they will refund the full amount or not . I dont think they have any staff at customer support . Its a kind of stealing/fraud . Taking money from people and not rendering the service .
