“I strongly advise everyone to avoid renting a car through CarJet! My experience with this company was absolutely awful. I had a reservation for a rental car at Marseille Airport, but my flight was delayed due to circumstances beyond my control. Despite promptly notifying CarJet of the delay, they canceled my reservation without any consideration.
To make matters worse, their customer service helpline was nearly impossible to reach. It took me over two hours to finally get through to someone, only to be met with the same dismissive response and no willingness to help. CarJet not only failed to provide a solution, but they also refused to refund the money for the reservation.
To add insult to injury, CarJet tried to shift the blame onto the car rental company, even though they are the ones who managed the reservation and executed the cancellation. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and shows a total disregard for their customers.
It's clear that CarJet only cares about taking your money and has no regard for their customers. I am now forced to consider legal action to get my money back, as CarJet refuses to treat their customers fairly.
I want to warn everyone: DO NOT rent a car through CarJet if you don’t want to risk being scammed, mistreated, and left without any support in case of problems! There are many better and more reliable car rental companies out there that value and treat their customers with respect.”
“Condition of rental was change at the pick up point. Other option was to be left without a car and ruin vacation. I wrote 25 reminders to company e-mail, submitted 10 customer reply forms and called to the company number to Spain about 15 times. All they have to say during 3 months of wait: we are waiting for reply from rental company, be patient. Noone even try to communicate with Customer, I have simple question, I need explanation - at CarJet nobody cares! So if anything will happen to you on the road - noone will help you. you are just another source of money and when you paid - noone cares about you. This company totally does not desirve the rating it has. Ha ha, surely because all bad comments are deleted. Loosers!”
“Mijn broer heeft een auto gehuurd via carjet in Turkije Izmir luchthaven. Op documenten van carjet staat duidelijk op wat men moet ingeven en tonen bij de balie van autoverhuur YORK CAR RENTAL. Op documenten van carjet stond ID OF PASPORT. Dus al jaren boekte ik via carjet met mijn belgische identiteitskaart maar toen ik aan de balie stond van YORK CAR Izmir airport EXER CAR vroegen ze aan mijn broer ABSOLUUT een paspoort te tonen en dat het met ID NIET MOGELIJKS WAS OM TE HUREN. Alle andere verhuurders aanvaarden een id kaart maar york car NIET blijkbaar en ik verwijsde naar de documenten van Carjet waarin staat duidelijk dat id kaart of paspoort voldoende is, zeiden ze dat dit FOUT is en dat ik contact moeSt opnemen met carjet. DUS DE AUTO NIET GEKREGEN EN MIJN GELD 700 EURO OOK NIET TERUG GEKREGEN. Terwijl dit de fout was van CARJET. Verschillende emails gestuurd naar CARJET aangezien geen nummer is om te bereiken, ook GEEN REACTIE EN GEEN HULP. NOOIT MEER BOEKEN DUS MET CARJET. ALS alles goed verloopt is carjet ok maar bij problemen en dan nog problemen DOOR carjet wordt men helaas niet verder geholpen. Carjet moest het geld terugstorten naar die autoverhuur maar NOOIT VAN TOEPASSING.”

I don't even want to leave one star. This is the WORST car rental scam! STAY AWAY from CarJet! They will take your money even when you don't rent the car. Apparently, the managers don't take phone calls. The only way to get them on the phone is if you press "1" to rent a car. I filled out 4 "After Rental" reports and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. I was left stranded in Orly airport with my brother who is in a wheelchair. They don't deserve any stars. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just a woman telling me there isn't anything she can do and there is not one else to speak with. Thieves!

“They don’t deserve 1 star!! Dodgy.com - For future reference if it is too good to be true, IT IS. Hired a car through this website for the company ‘Smart Car Rental’ in Malta. We did not pay the extra insurance so they found other ways to charge us like putting a screw in our tyre and then charging us for the whole tyre. Absolutely corrupt organisation. Read the fine print it’s designed to screw you over. Don’t expect your security deposit back.”
“Every year i am renting a car during my vacations. Therefore i have used several rental companies ans thus i have some experience.
Carjet was by far the worst experience i have ever had...! It seemed cheap but there are several charges almost for everything, ending up to pay twice as much, from the initial price.
However, that's not all of it... The car was handed over dirty and the car seat i have rented was dirty as well and in a really bad shape. In addition, the employee refused to fix the car seat (or even halp me out) and i had to spend time figuring out how to installed it.
Please avoid this company. It is by far the worst rental company i have used.”

We booked for Rhodes they used 'Yours Car Hire' they were to collect us from the terminal and take us to get our car
No one was at the aiport, we waited 2.5 hrs and ended up getting a taxi instead.
We hired a car in Rhodes from Marathon Car Hire who were amazing!!
A week later they are still ignoring my emails and I haven't got a refund.
No one has contacted me to say 'you didn't get your car' or we have your car here!!

“Honestly I do NOT recommend carjet - Corfu!
I had my appointment at 8:00 am. ( to pick up the car at the airport).
I arrived there 20 min before 8:00 just in case if anything.
When I arrived at the airport I tried to call the contact number, and no answer.
After so many attempts finally at 8:10 am I spoke to this RUDE guy who said… “ wait 10 to 7 min, and someone will be there” …. After 10 min NOBODY show up! I called again and he said that apparently I wasn’t there! And they left (which is a lie).
I called the second contact ( phone number ) and it was a voice mail from Spain! So at the end of the day it was useless!
Thanks to him! I missed my tour, I lost my deposit money and he ruined our morning…

“AWFUL COMPANY, I turned up in casablanca and they offered me a car through they're partner that was completely falling apart! The person seving me was so rude and arrogant, his friends were smoking hashish in the car next to him and he was working out the back of a car, he said either I pay more and get a normal car or I shoukd take the car he offered which was a smashed up one! Carjet told me to pay 100 euro difference on the phone and they would reimburse me, the customer service is awful, they all tell you something different. Int the end, I didn't get a penny back and carjet told me they couldn't give this back, even though they are the ones who told me to pay it and would reimburse it. Awful service from the start to finish.”

“CarJet listed the documents required for collecting the car. When I visited CarWiz to collect the car, they refused to accept my Turkish ID Card, Driving License, the Credit Card which was listed by CarJet.
Since I was pressed for time and needed to collect my guests at the airport, I had to request my wife to come over and rent the car in her name. CarWiz rented the car to her under a new contract which was TL 905 more expensive than the CarJet quote. Earlier I had paid TL 390 already to CarJet as their commission. Thus I am out-of-pocket for TL 1,295 (US$40 approx.) for the lack of coordination between CarJet and CarWiz and the inefficiency of their system.
Further, when I tried to cancel my contract with CarJet, they provided the excuse that the cancellation could only be accepted before the collection of the car, which in this case was logically impossible.
CarJet PROVIDES NO EMAIL CONTACT ADDRESS FOR COMPLAINTS. SO IF YOU HAVE ONE, YOU'RE LEFT IN THE LURCH!”
“The okmobility company, which I rented through Carjet, repeatedly took money from my credit card and without my knowledge, except for the amount I had to pay. When I detected this, I cancelled the vehicle without taking delivery. However, Carjet did not refund me the fee for a service I did not receive.”

“Do not trust your reservation as they will outsource to a provider that "doesn't have cars at this time". We showed up within the "2 hour window" to pick up the car and were told they don't have a car for us. When we tried to contact carjet, they had provided us with a disconnected phone number on the reservation. We emailed and tried calling multiple numbers to no avail. Three days later they responded and said we weren't on time for the pick up when we were and what does that exactly mean when you are coming into an airport. Pray your flight isn't late or you won't have a car. DO NOT RENT THROUGH CARJET OR FROM IDEA MOBILITY RENTAL CAR whom they push the rental through, "they may not have a car for you and try to keep your money."”

“I had very bad experience with Carjet and would never rent a car through it. They partner with untrustworthy partners. I have chosen a certain car type at higher price in Skiathos but when I got to the Carjet partner - AutoUnion I was offered different type of lower level in very poor condition at the price which was at Carjet before offered for lower price saying that the car I have chosen on Carjet is not available on whole island at all. Then why Carjet offers such car type at this island? Further, I was stolen 300 EUR from deposit by Auto Union claiming that I drained out battery with 1 hour blinking of orange lights which is total nonsense - the battery had to be in very poor condition before. I made a complaint at Carjet after my return but after 2 emails exchange Carjet stopped any communication. So go far away from Carjet and Auto Union and you save money and nerves.”
