“Arrived at Airport Nice and indicated our flight number. They knew exactly when we are going to arrive (on delay) - at 9:50 pm.
So - the shuttle to get the rental car should have been opposite of Terminal 2, exit A1, where "Hotels" are indicated.
We waited there for nearly two hours, called the "customer hotline" - nothing.
So we rented a car at Hertz, I called my credit card hotline to report this fraud from CarJet and letting this transaction be blocked and not executed.
We lost over three hours regarding this matter, but finally we are on the way to Ramatuelle.
If you are not Clint Eastwood, don't rent anything from them, not even air.”
“Worst customer service, my partner ended up missing my cousins wedding with we flew from Australia to Greece for half way across the world for. We asked for a refund as they didn’t pick up my partner from the airport to collect the vehicle we had booked. He waited an hr with no response, I asked for at minimum a refund it was only $91.51 AUD and it took them 6 weeks to find an excuse not to refund the amount. Absolutely by far the most outrageous company I have ever dealt. Don’t ever waste your time or money on this company… if they had less than 1 star that’s what they would get”

“I called into CarJet's customer service while at the Dublin Airport after NOT being able to find the car pick up point, and walking around for over 40 mins. When we finally found pick up point and called, rental company(Easirent) told us they "gave our car away" and to call carjet...which I did. Carjet company rep told me to make a claim to my airline...lol...but they would be happy to book me another rental, paying again! I I won't use carjet services again and that this felt like a scam.
Further, I called Budget rental directly at airport as I still needed a car and their price was same as original price given by carjet and cheaper than second price carjet attempted to charge me.”

“What went wrong? Everything. Our flight to San Diego was delayed couldn’t get in touch directly on phone and emails takes days to get a standard answer. The day after we want to collect the car and it was more than double the price at fox rental cars. They had not heard of CarJet and said we had to contact them ourselfs. Which did not work ofcourse. We eventually hired a car at Alamo to finally start our vacation. For weeks we are now trying to get our money back from Carjet. No succes. This is just how they operate. Booking is easy but when something is wrong it is impossible to get help or any service. Still no money back. Worst booking site ever. Stay away.”
“Über carjet habe ich in die Türkei / Istanbul ein Auto gemietet. 200 Euro als Kaution nicht zurückgezahlt. Habe viele Emails ab die Autovermietung Firma und an Carjet gesendet. Carjet Lisboa airport, please don't offer thing and then bring other things once the customer is there to get the car. The place charged for an insurance, never refound the money knowing that we couldn't get the car. I emailed twice without response.”

“Auto gehuurd via Carjet. Auto zou worden afgeleverd door Addcar op Gdansk airport na telefonisch contact na landing. Addcar bleek geen reservering in hun systeem te hebben. Uiteindelijk na urenlange belpogingen - waardeloze bereikbaarheid via Spaans callcenter - telefonisch met Carjet afgesproken om een andere auto te huren op het vliegveld (Hertz). Deze last minute huur was uiteraard beduidend duurder dan het eerdere huurbedrag. Carjet zegde toe dat zij het eerder betaalde bedrag en het verschil met het nieuwe huurbedrag zouden vergoeden. Ruim vier uur later eindelijk een auto gehuurd via Hertz. Vervolgens wekenlang geprobeerd contact te krijgen met Carjet om restitutie te regelen. Uiteindelijk heeft Carjet alleen het bedrag van de initiële huur gerestitueerd ondanks hun schriftelijke en mondelinge (audio opname beschikbaar) toezegging ook het verschil in huurprijs te vergoeden. Waardeloze, onbetrouwbare club.”
