“The installation was good and office activated without a problem a day after purchasing the license key. There were some problems however. The day I purchased the key the download sites would not work. A day later thy worked fine. The other problem I had was in paying for the order. I wanted to pay with a Canadian credit card. I could put in Canada for the country but the system would not give an option of a province. It would only list states. I ended up paying with PayPal.”

“excellent service - CD key delivered instantly and worked first time no need for customer service. Only 1 minor complaint - when yo go to claim your CD key there is a big download now button which I thought was the download for the CDkey - unfortunately its for another program - CD key deliver button is much smaller. Oops - my bad - but just a bit confusing. will definately use this company again but will be more oware of which button is the REAL download button.”

I didn’t need to contact customer service this time, but based on how fast everything went, I’m confident they’re reliable if I ever do.
