“This is a four star review only because as of yet I haven’t been able to fit them due to work on the house being done running late to to the situation with the Covid virus, based on the customer service and how the look and feel 4 stars, hopefully I will get back and make it a five star when I can fit them. “Excellent upgrade to a couch with some wear-and-tear, but wholly salvageable with some new cushion covers. Very impressive quality, stitching and material. Customer service was amicable and accessible. A win win!”

“You will see my previous low rating of this company, but I have no way to retract that--and I'd give them five stars except for my initial dealings. Finally, after posting my review, I was contacted by someone who was able to expedite (is it really expedited if you have already waited months?) my replacement covers made to my measurements for two Pottery Barn sofas. The cotton duck is high quality, thick and soft. The fit well and look great, and I am ordering a second set--which if all goes according to plan I will rate a 5. My initial experience with their customer service folks was not stellar, but once my concerns were escalated, they quickly retified the issues with the first covers.”

“After years my old ikea sofa tylosand got a new cover. I´m very happy with it. The fabric is beautiful and neatly finished. I was also very kindly helped by comfort works. It took a while because the fabric was not available but it was worth waiting.”

“Impressed! The slipcover exceeded my expectations. The stitching and fabric weight are high quality. The instructions were very clear. The fit is terrific. I love the Kino Frost color. It has a soft blue hue and instantly brightened my room. Would buy from Comfort Works again and highly recommend”

“The very best thing about this item is the quality of the fabric. I was nervous about the this since it took longer than we expected to arrive. But seeing how it has put a smile on both me and my wife's faces, all I can say is: its definitely worth the wait. Thank you!”

“I was very impressed with the wide selection of fabrics, and happy that they had some nice claw-proof options, as I have two puppies. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even though the fabric I selected was special order, i was surprised how quickly it was produced and shipped to me. It totally transformed my boring IKEA chair into something that looks much more expensive. Very happy!”

“The arm covers are excellent, but watch out you will be stung for more money as nothing states the extra charges from Fedex that arrives several days after the delivery!!! Very Disapointing”

“Bonjour, j'ai reçu comme prévu, mon colis bien emballé. J'ai aussi reçu des échantillons. J'ai lavé la housse à froid, un petit coup de fer tiede. Je l'ai installé sur le fauteuil. tout est parfais. Bonne taille.”

“I had a great experience with comfort works. Customer service was so helpful, kept me updated throughout on anticipated delivery as my fabric was a pre order. Shipping was way faster than I expected too. The covers were very easy to install and look and feel great! Color is just as I had hoped. My cat loves the claw proof fabric too!”
