“I have had nothing but excellent experiences ordering sofa covers from this company. The covers are extremely well made, and the customer service is outstanding! I recently ordered a custom cover for an uncommon Ikea sofa for which covers are not usually offered. Not only did they agree to make them for me, but patiently emailed back and forth until I finally got the measurements right! At one point, the employee I was working with, Jonathan, even apologized for being out sick and taking a couple of days to respond! I love the covers and will definitely order from them again.”

“We are absolutely thrilled with our new sofa covers. We have two sofa's different sizes of same design and both sets of covers arrived today and fit perfectly. The quality is exceptional and the customer service was very reassuring through every step of the order process. The whole experience with Comfort Works has been a pleasure and the entire order was completed and delivered within three weeks. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who would like quality sofa covers that fit perfectly at a price no one else can match. 10/10 comfort works .”

“Great customer service - very responsive! The slip covers we purchased for our foot stools were very high quality, the fabric (linen) was heavy weight, the stitching was excellent and it fit perfectly. It transformed our old footstools and made them look better than when we originally purchased them. Will definitely purchase from them again.”

“We are very happy with our new slip covers. They have changed the look of our room. The whole process was very easy and ordering the fabric samples first was a good move. As it happened, the fabric we thought we wanted actually wouldn't have worked very well, so having the samples allowed us to choose correctly. After we ordered, our covers arrived on time, beautifully packaged! Thanks for the attention to detail. Just about to order some arm chair protectors now.”

“I have never had the quality of customer service that I had with Comfort Works. I had a representative email me with every new phase of the shipping process, and when my package arrived (2 weeks earlier than I thought!), they included small holiday gift favors that felt highly personalized. Highly recommend shopping from there. The products are of good quality as well!”

“I bought two IKEA sofas to go in the same room. I wanted to different matching colours, but the IKEA colour range is quite limited so I bought one covered one from them and then used the wide range of colours offered by comfort works for the second. It arrived in good time, is well-made and fits perfectly. The customer service was very efficient and I was kept informed at all stages. I am happy.”

“Prompt friendly service, very unique these days. Appreciate the discount for repeat customers. The leather covers look very nice when they arrive. Only issue is durability. Ours started disintegrating after 2 years. Research indicates this is a common problem with all "bycast leather" products. Fabric may be a better choice.”
