“Ordered the white leather cover for my ikea manstad sofa. The product looks great, but the hiccups and issues with the delivery caused both by customer service and by DHL in Germany were many.... The company refunded a percentage of the cost to offset the errors caused by themselves. Despite the hassles and issues, the finished product looks great (though the actual sofa cover cost more than the original sofa did!!!). However, for that price, there is no other way to get a beautiful white leather sofa!!”

“The sofa cover arrived incredibly quickly, is of high quality and is lovely. For this particular sofa, we ordered the highest durability cover available and, though it said the highest durability cover was most likely the least "plush" or "comfortable" comparative to the other, finer, fabric choices, we find it quite comfy! No complaints, only rave reviews here!”

“Comfort Works was so quick and easy to use. Communication fantastic! I ordered some swatches which arrive so promptly. Chose the fabric I liked and ordered my covers. I was a little anxious and very excited to receive the sofa covers. When they arrived which took about 2 weeks , I was delighted with them and would recommend Comfort Works to everyone.”

“We are delighted with our new cover for our IKEA sofa! Comfort Works did a great job and got it to us in a timely matter. See how good it looks! And we are delighted that we could recycle our Karlstad sofa which we love! Thank you, Comfort Works! We'll be back if Ziggy, our dog, messes with this one! We try to discipline him but it's hard! “Love it!!! I order some swatches first which came really fast and it helped me decide the color, loved the Kino Shadow!!!! So I ordered the cover, it came faster than expected and it fits perfect!!!!!keep up with your work!! It saved me to by a new sofa now mine, that I have it for 8 years, looks like new!!!!??”

“The customer service was very good with quick responses to any questions, constant updates on the delivery status and very quick turn around times from the order until receipt. The product fits well, the zips seem a bit stiff and will need time to see how the material wears.”

“Beautiful fabric (ordered samples before choosing), and perfect fit for the IKEA karlstad sofa. I also ordered legs to replace the originals. Chris picked up on the fact that I had in all likelihood ordered the wrong number of legs. He was right! So the order was quickly and easily changed. My sofa looks brand new and stylish! Great product and great customer service.”

“I am so glad I found this company online. First off, brilliant to be able tor order fabric samples, it really helped. I already had a new Ektorp sofa cover from Ikea, but taking off the whole cover for cleaning is too time consuming to do regularly, so I was on the look out for arm caps only - Comfort Works is the only company I've found who make them. I am so pleased with them, not only do they look good & fit perfectly, but they'll be so much easier to whip off and wash! Superb customer service (a special thank you to Chris for sorting out the FedEx customs invoice), quality product, good range. Arrived within 3 weeks. Wish I'd found CW months ago!”
