“I really appreciated that they took the time to ask me to double check my measurements. I ordered a custom slipcover and I know it wasn't easy for them to make the cover. Yet, they were really focused on doing the job well. When I received the slipcover, I was very happy with the fit. I even washed it and put it on! They did a great job with a challenging sofa. Their customer service is also great. Very responsive to questions and good at keeping their customers informed.”

“My sofa covers are fantastic I am absolutely delighted! I was buying them for our holiday home in the Caribbean and the measurements were provided to me by someone locally and not taken by myself so it was all a huge risk; but they fit like a glove! I cant tell you how excited and pleased I was as each one went on and the look of the settees & chairs transformed from drab to bright. Chuck at Comfort works was my prime contact and throughout was extremely helpful, thorough and patient. They also met my insane timescales! I think this is all the more extraordinary given that they are based in Australia, I'm based in London and the covers were for our home in the Caribbean. I wish Comfort Works much success now and in the future they were great to work.”

“I have been looking for a reasonably priced alternative for slipcovers for my Pottery Barn sofa and chair. The prices PB charges for their slip covers are mercenary! I had been making do with IKEA Ecktorp covers, which were a close, but far from perfect, fit. Imagine my delight when I stumbled across Comfort Works! I ordered my slip covers in navy blue after receiving the fabric samples. They were ready amazingly fast and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order all along the way. I must admit I opened the box with one eye shut, afraid that I was going to be disappointed. Quite the contrary! They slipped on like a glove and look beautiful. I have already referred a friend to them for her slipcover replacements. Great company, great service, great product, happy customer! I'll be back soon to order another set!”

“I ordered a cover for an IKEA Vallentuna arrangement that I had purchased, as I just didn't like the stock IKEA covers. Comfort Works didn't even have the Vallentuna offered on their website, but I preferred their fabrics over the competitor, so I contacted the company and Felicia said that they could make it. Being that I was their guinea pig on this particular cover model, I have to say they nailed it first time out of the gate. I ordered and by the time I had received it I noticed that they had added the full range of Vallentuna modules to their site, so I felt a sense of pride in that, not only did I get a beautiful cover for my new sofa, but my order had helped the company to expand its website offerings. Anyway, being that prior to this order that particular model had not been added to the site, this order was done entirely through email communications, and I have to say that Felicia was great and communicated with me through the whole process. There was usually a day's delay in our communications back and forth, due to our being on opposite sides of the world, but her replies were always prompt considering. She was able to take my order, send me an invoice and pass my order along to the designers and seamsters all through email communications, and I was just very impressed with the level of customer service that I received during this whole process. If you're looking for a beautiful cover for your sofa I highly recommend Comfort Works both for their level of service and for a beautiful finished product. You won't be disappointed.”

“Good customer service Reasonable time to make and receive covers Easy to put on too! Only tiny tiny negative comment... covers marked as pet friendly or something like that! But the material attracts pet hairs like mad and first try of the sofa , cat claw marks...but overall excellent service and will definitely recommend”

“Excellent and prompt service. I ordered a slipcover for a discontinued IKEA 2-seater EKTORP sofa-bed on June 18 and I received the product at my doorstep on June 26! The slipcover was a perfect fit and the color was an exact match to the picture available online.”

“I never thought I could find a slipcover for my Ikea chair as I couldn't find the chair at Ikea any more. Then I came across Comfort Works and I found lots of options for my chair! Loads of different colors and fabrics! I now have a chair that looks brand new in a lovely grey, wool fabric. Love it and the caring folk at Comfort Works!”

“My custom slip covers for my Freedom Sommerfield sofas were a tall order with their curved arms and rounded back but Comfort Works rose to the challenge and the result is fabulous. Really good quality and a great fit and less than a quarter of the price of replacing the sofas. Could not be happier.”
