“Love it!!! I order some swatches first which came really fast and it helped me decide the color, loved the Kino Shadow!!!! So I ordered the cover, it came faster than expected and it fits perfect!!!!!keep up with your work!! It saved me to by a new sofa now mine, that I have it for 8 years, looks like new!!!!??”

“The customer service was very good with quick responses to any questions, constant updates on the delivery status and very quick turn around times from the order until receipt. The product fits well, the zips seem a bit stiff and will need time to see how the material wears.”

“Beautiful fabric (ordered samples before choosing), and perfect fit for the IKEA karlstad sofa. I also ordered legs to replace the originals. Chris picked up on the fact that I had in all likelihood ordered the wrong number of legs. He was right! So the order was quickly and easily changed. My sofa looks brand new and stylish! Great product and great customer service.”

“I am so glad I found this company online. First off, brilliant to be able tor order fabric samples, it really helped. I already had a new Ektorp sofa cover from Ikea, but taking off the whole cover for cleaning is too time consuming to do regularly, so I was on the look out for arm caps only - Comfort Works is the only company I've found who make them. I am so pleased with them, not only do they look good & fit perfectly, but they'll be so much easier to whip off and wash! Superb customer service (a special thank you to Chris for sorting out the FedEx customs invoice), quality product, good range. Arrived within 3 weeks. Wish I'd found CW months ago!”

“I had custom slipcovers made for my love seat and the quality, fit, and fabric are all amazing. I couldn't be more impressed or thrilled with the product. It fits better than the original slipcover that came with the love seat!”

“Si vous tenez à votre santé, ne commandez surtout pas de housse en cuir "BY CAST". Celle-ci est revêtue de polyuréthane, composé chimique très toxique pouvant entraîner des troubles respiratoires, problèmes cutanés, ... ce qui s'est manifesté chez nous ! Nous avions effectué notre choix d'après plusieurs échantillons (mais la toxicité ne se marque pas sur un petit bout de cuir!). Comfort works ne nous a pas proposé d'échange ou de retour satisfaisant étant donné que qu'il ne prend pas en charge les frais de transport de retour de la housse (130 euros depuis la Belgique) et qu'il compte 129 euros pour des frais de restockage !! Bref, à ce prix-là, nous aurions mieux fait de nous acheter un nouveau canapé et nous avons jeté 369 euros (prix de la housse en cuir) à la poubelle !!”

Merci encore d'avoir partagé votre souci, nous sommes navrés encore fois que vous n'êtes pas ravie de vos housses mais nous pensons que nous avons proposé une solution raisonnable. Nous tenons à clarifier tout d’abord que l’enduit en Polyuréthane n’est pas toxique une fois séché et bien traité. C’est pourquoi nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas payer les frais d’import, de douanes, de restockage et rembourser la différence des prix des housses. Malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait aucun défaut de production de notre part, nous serons plus que ravis de fabriquer d'autres housses pour vous, mais nous ne pouvons pas prendre en charge tous les frais. Nous allons attendre votre réponse. Bien cordialement,

“Thanks for the fast delivery - very happy customer indeed :) I was confused and didn't realise there were two versions of the Allerum sofa bed, but Felicia clarified this and guided me through the entire process. After payment, I waited anxiously for my covers to arrive and they turned up in 2 weeks! Took a while for me to post the photo though as I wanted to get rid of wrinkles and make sure it was picture perfect. Great stuff guys, would recommend!”

“Great quality and custom fit for my Kramfors sofa. I just wish this sofa cover would have straps at the bottom instead of having to buy a fabric staple to get that fitted look on the bottom edges. Plus it didn't arrive in that fabric comfort works bag as mentioned on their website, just a regular ziplock bag. All in all I'm still a satisfied customer.”

“We love our slip covers from Comfort Works. We are remodeling and redecorating our 1860s home. We went with Ikea sofa and chair for their form and ordered Comfort Works slip covers for STYLE!! For winter we bought a beautiful blue velvet slip cover. It is soooo luxurious to the touch and absolutely gorgeous! For summer we bought white slip covers giving us a crisp casual COOL look. We are very satisfied with the quality and excellent attention to detail of these slip covers. They have ample size zippers for really easy slipping on. Velcro strips keep the skits neatly in place. Have gotten a lot of compliments, are letting our friends know about Comfort Works. We have attached a photo of our living room (still being redecorated) showing our summer look. Slip covers come in a bag that is so convenient for storing our winter slip covers away in summer.”

“I had difficulty justifying a new couch when the one I had was perfect except for minor stains. I was able to save a perfectly wonderful couch with a new set of covers. It is a way that I can show my respect for the environment while changing my taste in decor. The old covers are being donated and or recycled. My covers are beautiful and I feel like I have a new couch!! Thank goodness for COMFORT WORKS!!! I might even purchase another set - just in case.”
