“Providing samples before hand was so helpful for us. What we thought we wanted was not what we ultimately bought. The delivery was very quick, the way the covers were labeled made placing them on the couch super simple, and the color and quality are gorgeous. Makes us look forward to replacing our other couch covers sometime in the future!”

“It was NOT clear when I ordered that I would have to disassemble and reassemble the entire couch to put the covers on. They're well crafted but still . . . I wouldn't have take. This on and paid what I did had I known.”

Sorry to hear that Sarah! We do try to make it as clear as possible on our website with the "Friheten Snug Fit covers" as IKEA doesn't originally sell these covers to begin with. Nonetheless we'll do what we can to make it clearer - should you require any assistance on guidance on how to assemble or disassemble your sofa do let us know! :) Or if you need anything else from us at all, just drop us a note. “I couldn't be more pleased with either the process or product. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The slipcover is made beautifully and fits my 12yr old Nikkala sofa to a T. “Great fit and fabrics! Our sad 7 year old Ikea sleeper sofa has a new lease on life. We got samples from CW and Bemz and CW fabrics were far superior, the shipping faster and the prices better. Our only suggestion would be to inlcude instructions in the actual slipcover package when it arrives.”

“I love my Karlanda sofa but was ready to get rid of it because the cover was so dingy and stained. Now I'm in love with my sofa again. The new slipcover is a great fit and the color makes me smile. IKEA lost a sale!”

“High quality product and service and fast delivery. I am so impressed with this company from the order point to delivery. The overall customer service is excellent and the speed of their responses to emails is so fast. I now have a perfect fitting 3 seater cover set which has transformed my newly decorated lounge. We love our huge old Ikea sofa and I was delighted to find a company who could help it live on. In fact I am ordering another set so we can have a change when it needs a clean. Thank you Comfort Works particularly Jonathan Chong.”
