“We bought a new cover for our Ikea couch. Everything went smoothly. They had a small issue with a batch of fabric, which delayed our delivery by a few days, but we were kept informed along the way. Very happy with the result, the cover fits perfectly.”

“I asked what type of cover might be best for a cat, and they referred me to the Kino heavy duty fabric collection. When I received it, I could not believe how thin the fabric was, especially with the title "heavy duty." After 3-4 months, it began pilling everywhere, and was clearing wearing away. The original IKEA cover I had was far more robust than the Kino cover I purchased, and I can't believe it barely lasted half a year before it was useless, especially for such a steep price. Stick to IKEA's covers (Ebay has many that have been discontinued) or ask for swatches before you purchase a Comfort Works cover.”

“Nous étions très satisfaits de trouver une housse de canapé. Elle est parfaitement adaptée à notre canapé, la couleur est celle que nous souhaitions. Votre site est bien fait, on peut aisément choisir son modèle. Cependant, nous avons dû payer des frais de douane élevés (28€), ce qui n'était absolument pas annoncé dans la commande. Nous sommes très mécontents de cette mauvaise surprise et ne pouvons donc pas conseiller votre site à d'éventuelles personnes intéressées, c'est bien dommage.”

“Chris and the team at comfort works were a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic, and the quality of the product is great. We ordered a new cover for our poang chair. Our older model had different demensions for the cushions that the newer models, and while the covers didn't fit great at first they were willing to do anything and everything to make it right and get the perfect fit. I would definitively recommend their product and would not hesitate to order again. My only recommendation is to make sure your model is the same demensions before ordering! Thanks again!!”
