“Thanks for the cover. I like the fabric and the quality of sewing. Only wish the fit was perfect, but it's good enough. A bit short in the front and to the floor in the back which is what we were looking for. It's a tricky piece to cover.”

“I ordered from Canada, and the finished parcel unfolded from a small heavy bag into a cover which fitted my IKEA couch perfectly. The material was durable and attractive. It almost made paying the $40 duty charges worth it.”

“Mi sofá ya no era presentable hace rato... Lo compré en Ikea hace casi 10 años y ya no se vende más alli, ni tampoco venden fundas así que encontrar a Comfort Works fue un milagro. Por mucho menos de lo que vale un sofa nuevo o retapizar mi pobre sofá, Comfort Works me ha ayudado a dejarlo como nuevo. Parece otro sofa, las fundas son de fácil colocación y lavables a máquina. Lo mejor de todo, no tuve que tirar mi sofá que no es algo fácil de hacer... Mil gracias a Alejo que me ayudó muy amablemente durante todo el proceso y gracias a Comfort Works, de seguro repetiré.”

“Wir haben lange überlegt wie wir unsere alte Ikea Couch wieder schön machen können.Wir Lieben sie so. Dachten sogar daran sie selber zu beziehen. Stoff über Sitzkissen spannen...fest tackern...fertig :) Hatten die Risse der alten Couch immer mit Decken abgedeckt was super nervig war. Bin dann im Internet bei der Stoffsuche über Comfort Works gestolpert. Beste Entscheidung!!! Super Kunden Service! Meine Mails wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Es hat auch alles super geklappt von den Stoffproben bis zum beziehen. Hab sogar im Nachhinein die 4€ zurück gebucht bekommen da ich meinen 4€ Gutschein vom Porto der Stoffproben nicht mehr gefunden hab. Unser Paket kam problemlos mit DHL und die Gebühr von €33 wird erstattet. Wir sind super happy mit den neuen Bezügen. Sieht aus wie eine brandneue Couch. Und die Qualität is super und sehr sauber genäht. Aktuell haben wir sie anders gestellt da haben wir aber öfter durchgewechselt. 5 Sterne alles top :)”

“We love our covers. They’re for my daughter’s playroom and despite being jumped on and rolled over everyday by a toddler they still look brand new. This company has the most amazing customer service. They’re really lovely people and the covers are really high quality and fit much better than the original IKEA covers. Thank you again and again.”

“I was very pleased with the whole process. Omar was helpful and responsive. The finished product- for 2 separate pieces of furniture- is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. A 20 year old couch looks brand new and stylish. My husband is happy to have saved the money I wanted to spend on a new couch. And I am delighted to have a couch that looks terrific and is easy to clean!”

“Meine Erfahrungen mit der Bestellung eines maßgefertigten Lederbezuges für einen großen Hocker: Erst war ich skeptisch. Ein Unternehmen in Australien welches in China produziert? Was wenn es Probleme gibt? Aber desto mehr ich mich damit beschäftigte, umso sicherer wurde ich. Anfragen wurden kurzfristig (sogar auf Deutsch) beantwortet. Ein Stoffmuster ging mir auf Anfrage kurzfristig zu und die dafür berechneten 4 € bei Auftragserteilung wieder erstattet. Es gabe gute Hilfestellung und auch Betreuung beim Maßnehmen und den Wünschen zum Bezug (in meinem Fall ein innen liegendes Klettband zum besseren fixieren des Bezuges am Hocker). Schließlich habe ich bestellt und konnte Online in meinem Kundenkonto den Stand der Bearbeitung verfolgen. Wegen der chinesischen Neujahrsferien und der zwischenzeitlich eingetretenen Probleme bezüglich des Corona-Virus dauerte es zwar etwas länger aber dafür hatte ich Verständnis. Die Zahlung erfolgte per Paypal und war damit über Paypal abgesichert, was mir wichtig war. Der Versand erfolgte dann per DHL Express und dauerte nur zwei Tage von der Absendung bis zur Ablieferung per Express-Kurier. Mit dem gelieferten Produkt bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden. Sauber verarbeitet und paßgenau. Die Haptik des Leders ist sehr angenem und es gibt auch keine unangenehmen Ausdünstungen. Anzumerken ist noch, dass der Zoll das Paket offensichtlich mit einem Teppichmesser beschädigt hatte. Aber obwohl der Schnitt tief war, war der Bezug selbst unbeschädigt. Das lag alleine daran, dass das Produkt extrem gut verpackt war. Ich füge einige Fotos bei. Darauf sind noch einige transportbedingte Falten sichtbar, die sich aber, wie die ersten 24 Stunden zweigen, von selbst aushängen werden. Auch habe ich den Bezug unten noch nicht umgeschlagen und mit dem Klettband fixiert. Damit warte ich bis die Falten verschwunden sind. Ich bin rundum zufrieden, danke vor allem Sarah Dettlaff für ihren jederzeit schnellen und hilfreichen Support und kann aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen Comfort Works sehr empfehlen.”

Hallo Heinz-Jürgen, herzlichen Dank für die tolle und ausführliche Bewertung, es hat mir Spaß gemacht, gemeinsam mit dir eine Lösung für deinen Hockerbezug zu erarbeiten. Schön, so ein tolles Ergebnis zu sehen! Wie bereits per Email besprochen, kann der Bezug vorsichtig mit einem Handtuch zwischen Leder und Bügeleisen gebügelt werden, um die letzten Falten zu entfernen, sollten sie sich nicht von allein aushängen. “I have a Pottery Barn Basic sofa that's about 20 years old. Time and pets had taken their toll on the loft of my cushions, so I wasn't expecting perfection with a replacement cover. However, I was extremely pleased with the fit and quality of the slipcover from Comfort Works. I was expecting the covers to be pretty wrinkled when I received them from being folded for shipment, but they were nearly perfectly pressed. They went on easily and even included the velcro piece that helped fit the sides under the rolled arms. The fabric exceeded my expectations for quality and the stitching is perfect. I had to make a switch from my original Pottery Barn velvet to the Comfort Works Everyday Tweed fabric and even though I ordered a swatch, I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric was not thin and cheap feeling. The minute I took it out of the package I thought, "oh this is nice." I had some communication with the company while my order was in process and I am very pleased with the level of responsiveness I received from them. The slipcover is shipped from China and only took two days to get to me in the US once it was shipped. The shipper also followed my directions for where to leave the package. For what I received, the price is well worth it. Pottery Barn charges 3 times as much and I can no longer get a color to match my decor from them. Comfort Works had a nice selection of fabrics and colors. I would recommend a slipcover from Comfort Works for anyone with a Pottery Barn Basic sofa.”
