“I’m completely blown away by the result. It exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I were looking for two sofas for our new beach house and our 27year old son suggested Karlstadt from IKEA but with upgraded covers from Comfort Works. Eureka! We chose classic in white canvas with piping and pleats. The fit is absolutely perfect, the workmanship is superb - not a loose thread to be found and the pleats are secured. It looks even better than the website pictures! Our Karlstadt for a total of $650 now looks better and than $2K+ sofas we were considering. I’m looking forward to future orders perhaps in the upcoming linen fabrics. Thank you.”

“I love my new slipcover! For years I have been wanting to do something about my sofa whose fabric was out of date. It was so expensive to reupholster and I couldn’t justify buying a brand new one because this one was very comfortable. I finally found comfort works online and was kind of nervous to do something like this by mail but it worked out great. Their customer service people emailed me whenever there was a question about the measurements I submitted and I’m super happy with the end result. Highly recommend.”

“I admit I was nervous about ordering a slipcover online, and then finding out it came overseas, that there might be customs issues (there actually weren't any from my order). I'd had communication with customer service, who had asked me why I didn't opt for the free USB port (I have bunnies who chew on everything, I told him) and I asked about customs as well as made sure that their slipcover would definitely fit my 13-year old Pottery Barn PB Basic sofa with rolled arms. My inquiries were addressed promptly and I felt secure about my purchase. My slipcover arrived with great anticipation, a couple of weeks earlier than I actually expected it. And it is beautiful! My husband even remarked that it was softer than our original slipcover. I love the texture of the Kino Natural material I ultimately chose. It adds so much to the look and overall comfort of my living room. And it saved us the money we would've used to buy a new sofa AS WELL AS the time it would've taken to sell or give away our old sofa. I like that I am still enjoying what I own, giving new life to something that might've ended up in a landfill. Time will tell on the fabric's durability, (The fabric is thinner and lighter in weight than my original slipcover) but I must say that the craftmanship itself is better than Pottery Barn's. Thank you for making me excited about my living room again!”

“If you are looking for a slipcover for a pottery and barn sofa you found the best place .They are trustworthy and they will tell keep you inform all the way. I surely will order another slipcover for my sofa in other color.”

“I am happy with the cover. It is lovely and soft and fits well, if a tiny bit loose. I ended up leaving the covers on underneath, which filled the cushions out nicely and the sofa looks brand new. Very pleased. The communication and delivery worked as planned and it arrived the day before I really needed it, which was a happy coincidence.”

“I'm very happy with the sofa covers, they appear to be well made a fit well. While I have been inundated with emails which have sometimes confused me (as they repeatedly suggested that an order placed a week or so earlier had just been placed), it is Christmas and so confusion might be expected. Certainly too many emails. I contacted CW when the samples I had requested (and paid for) hadn't arrived after two to three weeks. Samantha immediately arranged for them to be couriered and, somewhat ironically, they arrived two days later both by courier and by the letter service. As the company is Australian, as am I, and living here, I don't really understand why my samples should be sent from China (I realise that that is where they are manufactured)? Melvyn has been promptly responsive to my comments on various matters and I think he has probably expedited a fast delivery (as we were set back a bit with the sample issue, having already purchased the sofas). In summary, I'm very happy with the two sets of covers and the responsive customer service and I wish this business all the best.”

“Velvet covers are fantastic, make the sofas look luxurious. Interestingly FedEx left the parcels unsigned for at the back of the house, luckily there was no damage to report.”

“Comfort Works made sofa and love seat slipcovers for my family. We were extremely pleased with the service, quality and fit. They provided excellent help with measurements as well as fabric recommendations. The slipcovers were shipped from Australia to the United States quickly. Highly recommend.”

“People, careful before you order. I ordered a cover for an Ektorp sofa. Little did I know that there are two Ektorp models--the one with the Kimstad brown faux leather is constructed differently from all others, but still called Ektorp. I ordered an Ektorp cover and wasn't warned that my model was different and the cover wouldn't work. So I got the cover $400+ later, and it doesn't fit. Comfort Works basically told me to sell it online and try to get some money back, or send it back to them at my cost to get 70% of the cost back. (Sending it to Australia at my cost would be like $200.) Don't believe their offer of a full refund--there is no such thing. I am stuck with a cover that doesn't work and they aren't offering a solution. So beware!”

Hi Ivy, thanks for your candid feedback and sorry that you should feel this way. I've taken a look at your case and as per our policy, we did in fact provide the option of a replacement at a sizeable discount of 40% even to make this right. I'm afraid we aren't able to make a free replacement for you as no mistake was made on our part, similarly as to why we have to charge a 30% restocking fee if you wish to return it. We'd like to think that we've provided various alternatives to resolve this but we really aren't able to give you one in which we bear a 100% of the costs. I sincerely hope you'd reconsider as we do want to make sure a slipcover fits over your sofa at the end of the day. Best regards, Chuck

“I really like my Ikea Kivik sofa, however after 9 years, the covers were worn and faded making the entire sofa look worse for the wear. I happened upon Comfort Works, ordered a few samples and they quickly sent me a package and brochure. After a couple weeks, I placed an order and it arrived sooner than expected. :-) Installation was a breeze, the new covers were an exact match and now my sofa looks new again. Thank you Comfort Works! :-)”
