“Great customer service - Omar was on hand to answer all my questions. Leather was a good match for my existing kramfors couch..(had to replace the cushion covers after my kid threw up on it) The new leather is a bit softer - not sure if it will hold up for the 12 years that I've had the couch for so far - but only time will tell. For now, very happy with the result. Also - it was an impressive delivery....payment was accepted monday morning (13th) and delivered to my door the following monday (20th).”

“I am happy with the sofa cover itself but not really happy about service... I was charged extra 24GBP "import charge" and I would appreciate if this information was more visible for customers when at the final point of purchase.”

Hey there! Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about the less-than-satisfactory experience. We actually do try to practice transparency and inform our customers about import duties (where applicable) at checkout, as well as sending another email post-purchase about this. We also state that we reimburse this (up to 60GBP) upon sending us a receipt so we'd like to think we've got you covered. Should there be anything else we can do to improve our efforts nevertheless do let us know. Hope to hear back from you soon!

“Great experience! I got a good impression when ordering fabric swatches, which came quickly and were of very good quality. Subsequently ordered two slipcovers for two IKEA Ektorp couches. The one pull-out sleeper sofa is no longer manufactured by IKEA, so an after-market slip cover was my only option. So thankful that the IKEA customer service desk representative at my local IKEA in Baltimore suggested Comfort Works. Tons of choices for fabrics. I received my order much more quickly than I would have expected. They fit perfectly and look great. Thanks!”

“I ordered replacement covers for an old Ikea armchair and sofa bed in Everyday Tweed Grey. My order arrived within 3 weeks (here in Canada) and everything fit, looks and feels great. Thank you Comfort Works :-) ”

“We bought two chairs from IKEA for our house in France. We saw from the IKEA catalogue that loose covers were available, but when we asked IKEA in London, they said that they did not do them. So we ordered them direct, they arrived very promptly and are an excellent fit. We are very pleased with them, and with the service that we received.”

“The package has arrived and earlier than anticipated! Beautifully wrapped - thank you! Right now our major problem is getting someone STRONG who can help us remove the old covers and affix the new ones - we have yet to find someone - perhaps an upholsterer? Our sofa is heavy! Will let you know how it turns out.”

“I ordered 2 sets of covers for my Ikea sofas and from the beginning Comfort Works were very efficient and helpful. The covers arrived quickly and beautifully packaged but unfortunately the cushion covers were too big. It was not a problem though and they were quickly made again to the measurements I sent and again arrived beautifully packaged at no extra cost even refunding me the duty I was charged by the courier. The quality of the covers is excellent and customer service extremely fast helpful and friendly.”

“AMAZING! Delivery was much faster then the website stated which was great and then i got the arm rests, and they far surpassed my expectations. The arm rest literally cover the entire arm of the sofa up to the back cushions. Quality and color are perfect. Very happy with my purchase, I highly recommend.”

“Sofa cover came quickly. It fitted perfectly. Because I chose a light color I ordered a swatch beforehand and covered it with tea, coffee, wine, sauce and chocolate. It all washed off so I hopeful the cover will be easily maintained”

“Workmanship and fabric very lovely--amazed that they could build a slipcover using only the measurements I sent. As it was a custom order, it did take considerable time, but I am very happy with the result, and will order again when it is time to get a new slip for my pottery barn sofa. I am going to slightly shorten the ottoman cover, but that is due to my personal taste, and will be very easy to do. My contact person, Omar, was very polite and helpful in shepherding my order through.”

“I’ve been looking for someone to make slip covers for our couch for over 3 years. When I came across Comfort Works I was hesitant - working with a company overseas seemed impossible to orchestrate accurately...yet I hadn’t found any other options so figured it worth a try. I received my package last week and still catch myself gazing at their handiwork. I’m planning to have them make covers for my chair and ottoman next...beyond satisfied!”
