“Just received the cover for our old Ikea "Sandby" chair, and very pleased with the colour, "Everyday Tweed" (almost exact colour match to the sample photo on the website!), the fabric quality, and the build. Stitching etc is all very well done, and the fit is perfect. See before (grubby old cream cover) and after (nice new tweed cover) photos.”

“I received an excellent, durable cover for my Karlstad love seat and chaise. I am very happy with the final results and will definitely use Comfort Works again. Yes, it took a bit of time with a lot of back and forth, but this was a happy outcome, as I would have ended up with the wrong covers due to user error. Thank you to Omar for being patient and working with me and my erratic schedule!”

“I needed a new slipcover for my 20 year old Pottery Barn “PB Basic” sofa and did not want to pay for a slipcover from PB that would cost me the same as I paid for the sofa back then. I received my slipcover today. It it fabulous and fits perfectly. The quality is great and the fabric is soft and cozy and a beautiful teal. I love it and highly recommend.”

“Received quickly..perfect fit Ikea model. Love the colour..texture lovely and soft..4 stars for now as not sure yet how hard-wearing they will be..with 2 young grandchildren. Would 100% recommend this company. Arrived beautifully packaged...kept me updated throughout. Before and after photo below.”

“Potential buyer beware. Worst Non existent after sales service. in summary, different colour shade received and covers don’t fit properly. Emailed Comfortworks on day of receipt of cover. After 1 week now with 5 emails, no replies at all! Not a single bit of assistance to the very least. Will update review should I (ever) receive any reply from them.”

Hello Kelly! Firstly, I am sorry that the reply to this review came in so late. We got you looked after via email (with Samantha assisting you) and hope that the replacements for the covers are acceptable. Sam is still waiting on those measurements of the cushion covers since about 8 days ago - can I trouble you to give her email a look? I'd like to apologize and address the fact that you sent 5 emails on a Friday the 6th of March and we only got back to you on the following Friday the 13th. That is completely our fault and you have every right to feel upset. We dropped the ball and we are so bummed out we let you down. We will do better and ensure that this issue is properly addressed in a timely manner. At the end of the day, we just want you to have beautiful slipcovers for your Kivik. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to let us know about all these feedback. It will only make us serve you better next time. Cheers! Ning :)

“Came much sooner than expected, packaged very nicely and a very good fit. Our Ikea sofa was over 10 years old but now looks amazing and fresh with the new covers! Fantastic range of colours (much more choice than Ikea) and excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend Comfort Works to anyone. Well done and thank you.”

“When I put the base cover on, I was super impressed with the great fit. But, the bottom and back cushion covers are so loose on the inserts. I can grab a couple of inches of extra fabric on each one. Maybe I can alter them myself, but for the price of custom-made covers, I’d really rather not have to do that. Otherwise, the fabric and craftsmanship is beautiful. I just wish the cushion covers fit better so the couch would look more tidy. **Update: Comfort Works reached out to me immediately after I wrote this review and worked with me to remedy this issue. I sent them the measurements from my couch cushions (we think maybe my couch was an older model) and they very quickly sent me replacement covers that fit my couch perfectly. Their customer service was top-notch and I couldn't be happier with these covers. They have breathed new life into our couch and allowed me to modernize the lines of the couch (I've tucked the couch skirt under itself to reveal the tapered legs). If you are at all on the fence about ordering from this company, go for it. I suspect your purchase will be perfect, but if it's not, they will make it so. I could not recommend them more highly!”
