Hi there! We're glad it turned out okay! Indeed, things have been very busy on the factory's side of things, so lead times have been pushed back a tad with the current backlog. Your kind understanding is much appreciated :). Best, Samantha T. from CW.

“Great quality and friendly customer service. Need to see if the covers are really claw-proof - the cat will let us know.”

The claw-proof fabrics were tested with the teams own pets and is a sturdy fabric. The dense weaves make it harder for claws to get snagged :). We hope it works out for you and the cat! Best, samantha T. from CW.
