“Really pleased with the sofa covers I received this week. The fabric looks great and the covers are a good fit. I have been kept up to date with my order every step of the way so 10 out of 10 for customer service. I would definitely use Comfort Works again.”

“Don’t order performance fabric! It’s stained! I had it checked by a dry cleaner knowledgeable about fabrics who said felt oily; ‘stain’ is in big sections. (Obviously know not to dry clean) cannot use embarrassing! Tried to include pix but couldn’t ‘drag’ them. Was told by Mervyn that’s the fabric! My decorator and I had ordered 8 samples and went with performance blue. No staining on sample! I give it 0 stars!!!!”

Hi Nancy! We're so sorry that the covers that you received did not meet the expectations that you got from the samples you've ordered. Although we know that these fabrics have a characteristic pattern to them, since you've mentioned about oily stains, I've already reached out to you again by email requesting for more information to help us revisit and investigate this issue for you. “The slip covers are very nice, but two things: 1) they should be more honest about how much disassembly is required. I had to basically take my chairs completely apart. It took an hour to do the first one. Instructions would be SO HELPFUL. 2) the wireless charging port is really great and I think I will enjoy it. But the YouTube video was somewhat light on specifics. Instructions would have been SO HELPFUL. I am basically happy with the end result. I just wish installation would have been easier or the company had better managed expectations about what would be required.”

Thanks for the feedback Alison, I understand your point completely and the only perspective I can offer you is that most of our customers who purchased a sofa like the IKEA Karlstad, would have assembled the furniture with the slipcovers and are aware of this tedious process -- it's really not our intention to hide this fact at all. Nevertheless we're glad you managed to get everything worked out, and would actually appreciate you let your friends and family know what to expect when they get their covers too -- we do understand our limitations and will take your feedback into improving our product description, instructions and overall experience.

“I love, love, love, love, love my cover!!! Ya’ll are like magicians! It fits my dining chair like an absolute glove...which is saying something because my chair is not super standard. It looks like a million bucks. Totally changes the look. Now I’m off to order more!!! Thank you!”

“The slipcover is perfect. I love the color. It was easy to put on and I look forward to being able to keep my chair looking clean. I have two Boston Terrier who are always sitting on it. It arrived weeks before I expected as well. So far very happy.”
