“Fantastic. I really worries that the cover wouldn't fit my discontinued Ikea chair properly but it fits like a glove! It actually fits better than the original Ikea cover. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends and family. Thanks!”

“I just put my new covers on my more than 15 years old IKEA Kramfors leather sofa - and it looks fresh and fabulous again! Competitors didn’t offer covers for this model - Comfort Works was the only company I could find. I am so happy that I‘ll now hopefully get a few more years out of this still decent sofa. The covers fit perfectly, the seams are exact and the zippers sturdy. Putting them on took seriously only ten minutes and no tools were needed. When I had questions before ordering, customer service was quick and super helpful. Overall, it was a fab experience and I will recommend the company!”

“The slipcover is absolutely perfect - thank you very much! From the quick mailing of the samples to the final product, everything was exactly as promised. I love the new look of my sofa. The quality of the craftsmanship and fit are fantastic. I will definitely order another slipcover in the future.”

“Extremely pleased with the sofa covers - perfect fit and good quality. However had big problems with Fedex; failed to deliver on the delivery date given to me (or the next day) - I transferred the delivery to a local collection point but Fedex failed to provide a bar code or collection number until I chased them. On collection the package had been opened but nothing taken. Fedex are now asking me for an additional £21.46 to cover import tax and processing fee which I was not expecting.”

Always has been a hit and miss with courier companies, unfortunately. :( Anyhoo! Hey Camilla! Thanks for your feedback and glad you like the covers -- I don't think the 30£ was a fine of any sort, as per our website there are import duties applicable but not payable upfront, as we aren't the ones who determine this value. On our side, what we are able to do however is that once you've paid the bill - just send a photo of the receipt over and we'll be able to reimburse it for you as part of our service :) Hope that helps!

“The new covers fit beautifully. The fabric is great and looks elegant. The shipping process and tracking was a bit confusing. The delivery times kept being pushed back. The times given are not reliable. But now the covers are here we are happy with the them. I would highly recommend Comfort Works.”

“Our Duresta 4-seat sofa was bought 10 years ago. It is comfy but sadly over a decade of abuse from cats, dogs & humans, it was looking old & tired. We needed either a new sofa or new covers. The structure is sound and at £2000 new, we did not relish buying a new sofa! One Google search later and we found Comfort Works. We ordered just as the Covid pandemic hit & have had to wait 7 months for the order to arrive. The delay was partly our fault as there was a mistake in the measurements at our end but the seamstress spotted it- amazing! They are clearly good at mathematics as well as sewing. Our order arrived today. The covers fit our sofa perfectly. Completely refreshed an otherwise excellent sofa. The material & workmanship is excellent. We will certainly get our next sofa covers from Comfort Works.”
