“Our Duresta 4-seat sofa was bought 10 years ago. It is comfy but sadly over a decade of abuse from cats, dogs & humans, it was looking old & tired. We needed either a new sofa or new covers. The structure is sound and at £2000 new, we did not relish buying a new sofa! One Google search later and we found Comfort Works. We ordered just as the Covid pandemic hit & have had to wait 7 months for the order to arrive. The delay was partly our fault as there was a mistake in the measurements at our end but the seamstress spotted it- amazing! They are clearly good at mathematics as well as sewing. Our order arrived today. The covers fit our sofa perfectly. Completely refreshed an otherwise excellent sofa. The material & workmanship is excellent. We will certainly get our next sofa covers from Comfort Works.”

“Je suis ravie de mes nouvelles housses pour mes canapés , elles sont trop belles, je les ai mise en 5 minutes chrono et le tissu est vraiment très doux et agréable. Je recommande fortement +++++++”

“Our Ikea Stockholm cover arrived on Monday and we are beyond impressed! I’ve had this couch for 6 years and it looks like a brand new couch with these covers. The material is SO soft and the professional stitching really makes the couch look far nicer than the Ikea As Is couch that it is!”

“Bravo,my new covers for my 10 year old ikea Ektorp 3 seater sofa bed,has just arrived,earlier than expected,free delivery to Ireland😍.l chose Performance Velvet Indigo,as we live in the countryside and have a few cats and children,great material, going to be so easy to keep clean but still likes brilliant. Fitted beautifully with little effort and has given this much loved sofa a new life.ordering was very smooth and l was kept informed by email,and l must say ,after looking around ,this was a good price,so thanks to all involved, such talent!thanks again from ireland.🥰K.Long”

“New sofa slipcover arrived for my 12 year old Pottery Barn sofa - it looks FANTASTIC! The wrinkles will shake out, but the fit is perfect - thank you Tasha for taking the extra few emails to help me get just the right fit. Love it so much, that I've ordered a new cover for the chair and ottoman now too! Selection is Cotton Canvas Fog (in the room with the light it has a bit more blue tone to it than the sample - but it is exactly what I was looking for!)”

“Received our 2nd sofa cover from Comfort Works. Very happy with how they dealt with our orders and communicated progress etc. Now our second cover is put on an older IKEA 2-seater and, like the previous one, it fits perfect! KUDOS to Comfort Works!”

“I was a bit nervous about the measuring process so I asked several questions. Communication was quick and clear. It took a bit longer given the pandemic but, again, they kept in touch throughout the process. Let me know when it was complete and when it would be shipping. It arrived and fit great!”

“I am so impressed with my Comfort Works slipcovers. I replaced the existing covers on my PB Comfort Sofa and Loveseat and it's like getting new furniture. They fit perfectly and putting them on was a breeze. The fabric is beautiful and comfortable. I can't recommend CW enough and look forward to purchasing more covers in the future.”

“The cover is great. Good quality. Fits well. However, the USB cord that came with the USB package does not fit in the cut-out fixed on the fabric, rendering it useless.”

Thanks for the feedback Mark! With the USB cord, it is a little tricky and the shape may seem a bit snug but it does require a little more force than expected to fit in. If you're still having trouble with this do drop us an email!

“A very mixed bag of experiences with this company. The good parts: - A convenient and economic way to renew your sofa - Fairly good and clear website, good fabric samples - Overall, the new sofa cover does its job well The negatives: - No printed instructions whatsoever - They produce an online video for your particular sofa, but then decide to post it in "fast forward" so you cannot see any of the details, even when constantly pausing and stopping the video. Some of the instructions on the video do not reflect what you actually need to do and are even in contradictions to this (as confirmed by the company when I enquired, clearly confused by said contradictions) - The one helpful and positive instruction is not mentioned anywhere - inside the different cover pieces, there is a label directing you as to which piece of your sofa that part goes to. - No instructions on how to install the USB addition - One of the cover pieces of my sofa was mis-taylored (the opening did not fit the slot on the matching sofa piece despite matching it correctly), making it virtually impossible to fit the sofa back together at the end. - Very poor communication. Replies can take days or even weeks, and often have to be chased by different channels (emails, messages on the website, chat, facebook). I am yet to receive replied to my latest enquiries.”

Thanks for the candid and detailed feedback! And apologies for the lack of instructions - the Manstad Snug Fit covers tend to be slightly more complicated than the other IKEA sofas and while we'd like to think that the video has been clear, we'll definitely look into how we can make it clearer. In terms of our communications, we'd like to be able to respond within 24 business hours but as of July 2020, we had been getting a lot more inquiries than usual so delays of a couple of days can happen -- if it had taken weeks, it's unfortunately on us overlooking the inquiry and we shouldn't have any excuse for it, so we're incredibly sorry that it happened to you. Nonetheless, this has been made aware and the team have responded to all your messages via email and Facebook accordingly in the last 24 hours!

“The cover for my Kivik 3.5 couch fits perfectly. The only bad thing is that the USB cable sent with my cover doesn't fit into the couch USB holders, but I guess we can give it other uses. The quality and color of the fabric are great, and the velcro sticks to perfection. I highly recommend these covers!”

“Customer service for this product was very good. However, the fit of the arm protectors we ordered is quite poor. Not only do they not extend the full length of the arms, leaving the back area exposed, they also don't extend the full height. Because of that, they do not cover all of the damage caused by our cat to our Karlstad sofa. So they don't do what they are supposed to do -- cover up damage/wear. Not worth the expense or the wait, in my opinion.”

Thanks for your feedback - we do see how the armrest protectors look like they would extend the full length of arms on the website, but generally armrest protectors are made to specifically protect the arms and not the back of the sofa. I suppose there might have been budget constraints but in the future (we'd definitely give you a returning customer discount!), we'd recommend getting the full set of covers instead in our claw-resistant fabrics -- it's definitely worked out well for me and my 4 cats!
