“My family ordered an IKEA Landskrona couch cover. Given it is a pandemic and holiday season, we knew that production and delivery may take awhile but we hoped it would be worth it. We live in Michigan, US and know that international shipping may take awhile too. After receiving our couch covers, we were BLOWN AWAY! They fit perfectly and it looks like we have a completely new couch. We purchased the claw-free slipcover since we have a dog and a cat. If you are on the fence about this company either because it is an international company, the prices, or anything else--I highly recommend you to go for it. This company will not let you down. Henry, the CEO, is amazing, as are Ning and Omar, the awesome customer service team who will ensure your customer experience is great. Major kudos to this company!”

“IMPRESSED! A friend recommended this company so I ordered the free fabric samples. Then I ordered the 100% cotton covers for my IKEA Vallentuna sofa and storage seat. The fabric has no off gas smell and completely matched the sample! The covers fit like a glove, for the most part. There are a couple of spots where the velcro doesn't line up perfectly but it doesn't impact anything. A couple of spots have ripples, unlike my ikea covers, however, I imagine that if I had bought cotton covers from IKEA I may have seen ripples. I'm so glad I kept the IKEA assembly directions. I almost gave up on the cover for the storage seat until I reread the directions. Turned out that you need to slip the bottom cover over the top of the seat...slid right on :)”

“So disappointed . I ordered gronlish covers for an IKEA sofa and it arrived without arm covers . I paid a great deal for these covers and now presume I will have to wait til after Christmas to receive them and pay import tax on the replacement . Bit of a nightmare .”

“I had trouble finding replacement slip covers for a Pottery Barn Napa chair. Comfort Works made a customized order to my chair. After I requested an order, I got into contact via email with a knowledgeable person to help me take measurements. They followed up with several more requests to ensure the measurements were correct. It took some time for their production to make them, but when they arrived, they fit perfectly. The quality of material and seems were beyond expectations, but worth the wait.”

“Great product, slipped right on. Each piece is labeled as to which part of the sofa it belongs to. Ikea's furniture is considered "disposable" but our little Solsta sofa bed was still good. It's just that the fabric it came with was faded and stained. The irony is that the slipcover cost as much as I paid for the sofa! But hey, one less piece for the landfill right now AND happy to give business to a small company like this.”

“I ordered a slipcover for my IKEA stocksund sofa this October. Very disappointing experience!!! Perfect fit? Poor fit! One side of the seat cushion cover is 4cm longer than my seat. The L shape area does not fit properly and the excessive fabric is about 2cm on each side. The armrest protector is also poorly done, which has a excessive fabric of about 3cm. The back cushion cover is extremely tight and when I put it on, it is obviously visually smaller than the original cushion. All photos are attached here and everyone can see the difference. Replacement claim? Ridiculous lengthy process! Then I decided to give it a try to submit a replacement claim. I even felt lucky that they have the instructions on photos required for the claim. What I didn’t know is this is just the beginning! Until today, the claim process has cost nearly a month, a total of 20 emails, 10+ photos, a pdf document contains 20 measurements (Yes they asked me to measure seam to seam for every detail of my sofa AND their cover.) and customer service is still asking for more photos in order to submit replacement request. What really frustrates me is they never provided any complete list of requirements, they just kept sending emails saying: ”Can I trouble you to provide blablabla...” Besides it will take another month or two for production and shipping. By that time I received the final product, it will be probably half year past my order date. The process is ENDLESS and just a waste a of time. I QUIT.”

While it is not our intention to sound like we do not trust our customers, we hope you understand as an online retailer in the business for slipcovers - slipcover fit can be very subjective as there are many variables that may have affected the fit and how it looks. It might visually not look right but without photos and measurements, we would not be able to find out what the actual problem is. It is in our deepest interest to resolve any complaint or feedback, but we would need your assistance in matters such as providing said photos/measurements to get the process going and to ensure we are identifying all issues as accurately as possible. The photos and measurements provided were not adding up for us to proceed with a replacement, hence, reiterations were requested - we hope you understand our hands are tied and are unable to proceed with a free set of replacements without the requested documentation. After the first few emails, an option of reimbursements credits for getting it locally altered to your preferred fit was provided but not accepted. It's still on the table should you want to take it. A follow-up email was sent to you on 16 Dec 2020 at 11:36 AM - we will await your reply.

“Received my new sofa covers last week and couldn’t wait to try them out, unfortunately I had to wait until the new decorations were complete. So today was the day!!! Putting them on required stamina - they are a snug fit, but boy was it worth it - they are brilliant and I am delighted with the result, so thank you team comfort works!! You have successfully given my old IKEA Karlanda sofas a new lease of life.”
