“After looking for several years I ordered covers for our Rowe sofa and loveseat. I was concerned about several things.... Fabric. No problem. Looks exactly like the sample. Import/customs taxes. No problem there were none to Colorado USA. Fit. Pretty good. They are definitely a looser fit than the factory slippers but acceptable. Spilled coffee with cream on them the first day and it wiped off with a little soapy water. I would definitely recommend Comfort Works. Thanks”

“I love my Comfort Works sofa cover! I was nervous about spending so much on a slipcover, especially one based so far away. If you are concerned like I was- don't be! It is excellent quality fabric and really well stitched, I think it is higher quality than the covers from Pottery Barn, where I bought the sofa. I think the cost is actually reasonable. Because I have an upholstered sofa, I was also worried it might be too tight or not fit well, but it was very easy to put on. and fit like a glove. This will go down as a great purchase for me! I bought the velvet in Ash. These photos don't do it justice, especially since I have not updated my throws and dog blanket....but it can give an idea of fit and color. It's so pretty, I don't want any throws on it all, but with my dog, not an option! :)”

“I was SO nervous about the fit and quality of my IKEA slip covers that I waited 24 hours to open my packages. Verdict? Amazing! Fit and quality are outstanding. Customer service too! My husband is shocked “where did this new couch come from?” I placed order based on an Insta influencer in Australia and my Comfortworks covers are right at home in NY! Ordering a custom cover for another couch. Excellent experience every step of the way.”

“Order a cover. Find a problem. Entirely their error. Their “solution”? Risk your health and local lockdown restrictions to “find someone locally” to fix their error and they’ll give you a whopping £15 (just 2% of my £5xx total purchase price inc. import taxes!!!) towards it being fixed?! Let’s not count the hassle and aggravation of having to find such a specialist in an area new to me and during a pandemic. What a joke! Incredulous at their “solution”. Am so very very angry.”

Typically the option of an alteration credit is offered as the quickest way of fixing minor issues, such as removal of piping; However, we do understand now that you've only recently settled in and are unsure who a reputable local tailor might be. Rest assured that it was never our intent to aggravate you, and we'd like to be able to help you out as long as you give us the chance to. “We bought the covers for the Ikea Kivik Loveseat with Chaise Cover. The fabric is soft and high-quality. The finish is top. Only was the zipper opening too small to fit the back cushions? There are hard boards in those backrests and I had to cut the fabric and sew it back up. The seat cushions fit nicely, but could be tighter in length, an inch over. Either way, I would highly recommend Comforworks.”

Hey Kris, thanks for the review, we are glad that the covers arrived and you like the fabric. Fit issues are not something we'd like to see customers having troubles with. “Comfort Works helped us save our couch! We could not find a replacement couch that we loved as much as our Norsberg couch, so my husband found Comfort Works. It was great to pick from a variety of colors and fabrics. We're trying out the performance fabric in charcoal. We like the color, but are feeling a bit underwhelmed with the fabric. Our dogs have already caused some snags, but it's definitely better than anything else we've seen.”

Hey Randi! We are happy to hear that the covers helped you keep the Norsborg sofa. While we do understand that snags are annoying to see, they are actually pretty easy to fix - with a quick snag needle pushing the loose thread in, all will be well. The loose woven texture and the little paws of a dog/cat could potentially cause a couple of snags here and there. We'd recommend keeping your pet's claws trimmed and filed - that should reduce the tendency to snag. :) Other than that, we sure hope the covers are comfy and aesthetically pleasing for the entire family to enjoy.

“Customer service has been excellent, with delivery much as expected. However : The slip cover for the two seater sofa fits perfectly. The chair is another matter. I paid particular care to choose the low back version (there is a high back chair version as well). This cover does not fit well, it's back height and fit is all wrong for the chair, so there is excess material, which has to be stretched down and covered with cushions, leaving a "pleat". The sofa and chair are in a room which is not used much, but I fear it will cause irritation every time is is used.”

“The slipcover for my beddinge bed looks great! The selection of fabrics/colors and quality of the material is better than other similar companies I have checked out. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and communicative. They were very happy to work with me on return of the first cover I bought, which ended up not working with the decor (because I didn't order a fabric sample beforehand). Ultimately I got fabric samples and picked a style I think looks great and classy (doesn't look cheap at all).”
