“Fantastic, our sofa has a new lease of life and if anything the covers are better than the original ones and look great! So pleased to have found this site, covers fitted perfectly and good quality too, highly recommend!”

“Warranty means nothing. Had leather covers for 18 months - no problem. Now one cover has a spilt down the side (not where you sit). They have deemed this is CUT and is not covered under the warranty. They can not explain why this "cut"/split has developed therefore suggesting that I have cut this leather cover myself with such precision - beggars belief . They offered me a £4.50 discount for me to purchase yet another cover - which is an absolute insult considering the time I have put into attempting to get them to do the right thing.”

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that you feel that way. We've collectively reviewed your case and unfortunately, as per our warranty, we won't be able to cover the defect that you've reported to us, especially after so much time elapsed. However, we'd still hate to leave you hanging without a solution, and we've reached out to you again with (hopefully) a more amicable solution. We do hope to hear from you soon about this.

“Feels very thin. It’s a gorgeous colour but I feel like I could rip it in half with my bare hands. Very thin. I upgraded per selection to a durable pet friendly resource and in truth the offer cost more than ten original sofa. But I hate Waite. Fingers crossed.”

“I ordered 2 slip overs for my pottery barn sofas. I chose the kino ash fabric. When they came I was really disappointed. The fabric feels thin and inexpensive. The slipcovers fit too tight on the body and cushions. I deeply regret buying these. Compared to my original pottery barn slipcovers, they are total junk. I expressed my disappointment to the comfort works customer service and they totally brushed me off. Do not waste your money!”

Hi Tina! We're sorry that you felt that we had ignored your concerns. It's certainly not our intention to make you feel this way and we did request for more information to compare the covers and samples you got, but we have not heard back since. We're also not aware that there were some fit issues with the covers that you received (this wasn't mentioned in your initial emails). “Arrived quickly. Quality of fantastic. Soft and durable. Everyone loves it! I have two dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids so this couch cover. My only wish is that it was a bit brighter orange!”

“SCAM! I purchased a slip cover for my couch. Bottom line is it doesn't fit, the dimensions are way off and it looks absolutely terrible. I contacted their customer service and they admitted that what I received is a completely defective product, but they are unwilling to refund me. Their product is bad, their service is worse, DO NOT BUY!”

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry that you should feel this way. However, as per our Terms and Conditions, if a mistake done was on our part, we will rectify the problem either via alteration credit of up to US$75 (or in equivalent currency) or through sending a replacement set of covers. If you'd like to escalate this to your bank as per your email we'd completely respect your decision and will oblige in dealing with them directly.

“The material is soft but the fit is lumpy in some areas. Customer service was impossible to reach prior to the order being shipped. Overall, I'm not sure if I would purchase from here again - certainly not for the price that we paid.”

“Liebes Team, mit meinem neuen Bezug für mein IKEA Sofa bin ich sehr glücklich. Der alte Lederbezug war gerissen, es musste dringend was passieren. Auch aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit habe ich mich gegen ein neues Sofa und für einen neuen Bezug von comfort-works entschieden. Als ich den frisch gelieferten Bezug auf das Sofa aufzog, war ich anfangs nicht so zufrieden, da die Passform nicht so perfekt war. Doch die Tipps von Simon (waschen der Bezüge) haben sich als sehr hilfreich erwiesen und nun ist alles perfekt! Ich bin rundum happy und es sitzt sich sehr gut:) Ganz herzlichen Dank, ich kann euer Unternehmen guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, besonders den ganz tollen support!”

“I LOVE MY NEW SLIPCOVERS!!!!! Wow! It's like having brand new furniture and these are nicer than the slipcovers that came with my Crate and Barrel Lounge sofa an chair and a half. Comfort Works did not have the chair and a half standard but I special ordered it and it is perfect!! I chose Kino Navy (note that there is a bit more of teal tint to it than appears in my photos). The whole family loves them!! Photos show the slipcovers right out of the box, have not yet steamed out the wrinkles but there really aren't many to steam out. Cannot say enough great things about Comfort Works and their staff. The woman I worked with was so good at communicating and making sure they had the measurements for my custom cover just right. Superb customer service!!!”

“Mein Ektopr Sofa ist noch gut in Schuss, aber der Stoff war langsam durch. Im Internet fand ich dann die Möglichkeit bei Comoft Works neue Bezüge machen zu lasen. Die Stoffproben kamen innerhalb weniger Tage und überzeugten mich. Ich habe dann einen Bezug bestellt. Lief alles reibungslos und sogar schneller als angekündigt. Die Qualität ist hervorragend und die neuen Bezüge liessen sich problemlos auf das Sofa aufziehen. Teilweise waren die Reißverschlüsse sogar besser angebracht, als die originalen von IKEA. Fühle mich sehr wohl damit. Besonders gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass die Bezüge nicht in Plastik eingepackt kamen. Und die kleine persönliche Nachricht. Ich kann Comfort Works nur empfehlen. Kauf auf Rechnung lief reibungslos.”

“Du 100% sur tous ce qu'on attend d'une expérience d'achat en ligne !!! - Un très beau site avec un configurateur très pratique - De très beaux choix de tissus et de couleurs - Un service client qui informe à chaque étape de la commande avec des petits messages très sympa - Et puis enfin une qualité de travail IMPECCABLE On pourrait croire que c'est une grande entreprise mais non c'est une petite entreprise familiale.
