“First, we got a new kitten, who was a little bit wild, and who proceeded to destroy many things in the house- blinds, curtains, plants, carpets and including the covers on our IKEA sofas. So we waited a year or so until she grew out of that, then went to get new slip covers from IKEA, but they no longer stocked them. IKEA staff kindly told us about Comfort Works. So first I ordered samples to choose a fabric, then just 1 cover, to see how well they fit and assess the quality before committing to/investing in 3 more covers. They passed with flying colours! Upholstery material was soft but sturdy, seams sewn strong and straight, zip good quality, the velcro aligned perfectly, and the cut/pattern was a nice snug fit to the sofas and the loose cushions. They were very easy to fit, just like an original versions, [that's not to say its not quite a lot of work to remove and re-fit all the covers- It is!]. So I ordered the next 2 covers, thus transforming the living room to a updated, clean look ie [non-shredded]. It looks brand new! Shipping was excellent- about 4-5 weeks from order to delivery. Super happy.”

“CLAW-PROOF COVER: It took me a long time to write this review because (sadly) we were without a cat for a while. Now we have two rambunctious young fellows who try their best to tear up the sofa cover, but miraculously it remains intact! The cover looks as good as it did on the day we opened the Comfort Works package. The velvet is very comfortable for humans and their feline overlords. This is not a plush velvet, which is fine with me. It stands up to cats! We ordered the dark blue and it is beautiful. Over the years I have purchased Ikea covers from various vendors, and COMFORT WORKS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN EVERY WAY. Buy with confidence!”

“I got yesterday and put them on right away. Love them they came in a nice package tied with a ribbon very nice. They fit perfect and the color is what I wanted. The customer service was very helpful. Rachel was very pleasant to deal with. I would purchase again and have told several friends and relatives about you service They have ask for your information. “Very happy with the sofa covers for my nockeby sofa. Shipping was fast to the US. They look really good and there is a vas selection of materials and colors. Much easier to put on than the ikea originals. My rating is actually 4.7 stars, because they are just a few mm larger than they should be, but not something that I will notice much longer.”

“Just got my slipcover and I am thrilled! Our beloved Ektorp couch still has many years left, but the original cover was threadbare. Our new cover from Comfort Works fits perfectly and was delivered exactly when and how it was expected. I was a little leery ordered from an overseas vendor, but am so happy I did. The price was very reasonable and they communicated during every step of the process.”

“I found Comfort Works online when I was searching for slipcovers for my old Ikea Furniture. The website was really easy to use and once I ordered my slipcovers, I got email notifications on shipping and delivery. They said it would take 8 weeks for delivery but I received them weeks earlier. I put them on my sofa and chez lounge and they look amazing! I totally recommend Comfort Works to anyone looking to update an old sofa or chair. It's rare when you find a company like this that delivers what they promise!”

“After looking for several years I ordered covers for our Rowe sofa and loveseat. I was concerned about several things.... Fabric. No problem. Looks exactly like the sample. Import/customs taxes. No problem there were none to Colorado USA. Fit. Pretty good. They are definitely a looser fit than the factory slippers but acceptable. Spilled coffee with cream on them the first day and it wiped off with a little soapy water. I would definitely recommend Comfort Works. Thanks”

“I love my Comfort Works sofa cover! I was nervous about spending so much on a slipcover, especially one based so far away. If you are concerned like I was- don't be! It is excellent quality fabric and really well stitched, I think it is higher quality than the covers from Pottery Barn, where I bought the sofa. I think the cost is actually reasonable. Because I have an upholstered sofa, I was also worried it might be too tight or not fit well, but it was very easy to put on. and fit like a glove. This will go down as a great purchase for me! I bought the velvet in Ash. These photos don't do it justice, especially since I have not updated my throws and dog blanket....but it can give an idea of fit and color. It's so pretty, I don't want any throws on it all, but with my dog, not an option! :)”

“I was SO nervous about the fit and quality of my IKEA slip covers that I waited 24 hours to open my packages. Verdict? Amazing! Fit and quality are outstanding. Customer service too! My husband is shocked “where did this new couch come from?” I placed order based on an Insta influencer in Australia and my Comfortworks covers are right at home in NY! Ordering a custom cover for another couch. Excellent experience every step of the way.”

“Order a cover. Find a problem. Entirely their error. Their “solution”? Risk your health and local lockdown restrictions to “find someone locally” to fix their error and they’ll give you a whopping £15 (just 2% of my £5xx total purchase price inc. import taxes!!!) towards it being fixed?! Let’s not count the hassle and aggravation of having to find such a specialist in an area new to me and during a pandemic. What a joke! Incredulous at their “solution”. Am so very very angry.”

Typically the option of an alteration credit is offered as the quickest way of fixing minor issues, such as removal of piping; However, we do understand now that you've only recently settled in and are unsure who a reputable local tailor might be. Rest assured that it was never our intent to aggravate you, and we'd like to be able to help you out as long as you give us the chance to.
