“I couldn't be happier with my slipcovers. I was able to completely transform my living room - 1 sofa and 2 chairs - with the most gorgeous slipcovers. The materials and craftsmanship are absolutely superb. Over the moon happy. I was even able to get yardage of the same fabric so I can reupholster my Restoration Hardware (huge) ottoman. Love, love, love Comfort Works. Chuck is the best at customer service. Thank you Comfort Works for making my vision reality.”

“This is the second time I've ordered from Comfort Works and the quality is even better this time around. The covers fit really well, the colour is true to the swatch. “We LOVE our new slipcover! We are absolutely impressed by the tailoring and custom quality that Comfort Works provided. We were at first nervous to order both online and overseas a cover that exceeds the value of our cheapo IKEA sofa, but are so glad that we did because now our sofa looks like a million bucks and no one could ever tell that a) it had been ravaged by the pets or b) that it ever came from a big box store. Bravo for giving us a new lease on our favorite cozy furniture piece. We will be ordering more in the future! (Everything arrived on time, as expected, and was easy to assemble as directional tags are sewn inside each piece)”

“We live in upstate New York and recently purchased a small casa (house) in Mexico. The casa came with some furnishings, including a wooden couch with very grungy black cushions. We are on a serious decorating budget and new furniture is extremely expensive in Mexico so we thought that rather than buying a new couch, we could try having new cushion covers made. We pulled off two of the grungy black covers to take back to New York with us, thinking we would need them for measurements. When we removed the covers, we discovered an IKEA tag on them so when we got back home I searched the internet to see if anyone could make us replacement covers for this particular Ikea couch (3-seater Lillberg). My Google search led us to Comfort Works. Initially, I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical. The price (which included international shipping) was so reasonable given how much fabric would be involved that I thought this has to be too good to be true. And I was a bit nervous about ordering from a company in another country. But I didn't find a lot of other options so I decided to give Comfort Works a try. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be! The covers arrived on time (a little early actually) and when I opened the nicely wrapped package I was shocked by how well made they were (gorgeous fabric and outstanding workmanship). The color we selected ("shire teal") was beautiful. So we packed the new covers in our suitcase and two weeks later they were on their way to Mexico with us. As soon as we arrived at the casa we stripped off the rest of the funky black covers off the couch and put on our new sofa covers. They fit perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. (And I never had to measure anything since Comfort Works already knew the measurements for this particular couch!) Our new covers look so amazing -- the entire room looks better now just from this one change in the couch. So, while I went into this purchase with a great deal of skepticism, it turned out to be one of my best retail experiences ever! I also want to note what a pleasure it was to work with Chuck, the Client Services Dude, who was incredibly friendly and responsive. I do a lot of on line shopping and rarely take time to write a review unless the purchase was truly outstanding and exceeded all of my expectations. That is the case with Comfort Works. I highly recommend this company for outstanding value, quality and customer service. Thank you Comfort Works!!! Thank you Chuck!!! Laura from Upstate New York”

“I ordered custom slipcovers for my non-IKEA sofabed and armchair. Like everyone else, I was very nervous to do this online. But, I can't believe how well they fit! I was really sweating it because I didn't trust myself to measure correctly, but Felicia made everything as easy as possible; and I appreciated her patience and cheerfulness. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The zippers are very sturdy, the fabric is great, and Velcro is well-placed. The quality is much better than our original slipcovers. We love our furniture again and are thankful that we saved it from filling up landfill space. When these slipcovers are ready to retire, we will certainly order from Comfort Works again.”

“The fabrics and colors were just as expected and were delivered to France quite quickly. The covers seem to be of good quality. I have never experienced such a fantastic customer service. Chuck informed me step by step (manufacturing, delivery) and made sure I was happy with the products ! I have already recommended Comfort Works to my friends and family.”

“We have the infamous, leather Ikea couch (Kramfors) that the seams in the seat cushions ripped apart and left big gaping holes. As the owner of two large dogs who are allowed on the couch, the idea of purchasing a new couch after only having this one for less than ten years was daunting. My husband did a Google search and stumbled across Comfort Works, so we decided to try them out. I am SO glad we did! We ordered two seat cover replacements. Chris at Comfort Works emailed me immediately asking if I'd like to get a sample of the leather to see if it was going to match the rest of the couch. I let him know I didn't, that anything would be better than the horrible rips we were living with. He said okay, and put my order into production. As promised, our order arrived within the 6-8 week timeframe they state on their website, and it even arrived in week 6! The covers were packaged well and arrived safe and sound. We took our ripped covers off, then pulled the new covers on. It took a little muscle because they are such a tight and perfect fit, but it wasn't too bad. The brown leather is a hair lighter and more red than our couch leather, but HARDLY noticeable. None of our friends have commented... they are probably too happy not to be sitting on ripped up furniture! We have had them a couple weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Comfort Works to everyone. And a special shout out to Chris who stayed in contact with me to let me know where my order was in the production timeline. Thank you!”

“We are really happy with the product we received and also from the amount of support CW provided in selecting the materials. The finish is even better than we expected. Our story may or may not be different to most ... We bought a used Ikea sofa and refurbished it with new duck down cushions and a CW slipcover. We only used the frame of the original sofa. We did this so that we could easily replace any parts of the sofa that might get damaged by our kids without having to spend a fortune to keep it looking nice. And as renters, we move and change the look of rooms every couple of years. Again, it helps to be able to do this for £350 instead of £1350 every time we move. But the reason we selected CW over another to make the slipcover is down to the liege linen fabric they had on offer. It is lovely - nice weight, clean looks, INCREDIBLY stain resistant and doesn't show loads of creasing, which you wouldn't expect at all from a linen. It is really amazing. I also loved the velvets, even though I settled on a linen instead.”

“Well, I received my package several weeks back. The box was beaten and torn so I was suspicious with what I was about to unwrap. The unveiling was met with many "Wows!" and squeals. We were impressed with the quality of fabric, the color, the stitching. It was just beautiful. Putting it onto our existing couch was easy (it was harder to take off the old Ikea cover, tbh). We've had the new cover on our Stockholm couch for awhile now and are impressed every day with our purchase. It is gorgeous and fits into our new home perfectly. I will be purchasing another cover in the future, just as a back-up. I think the covers are very reasonably priced and very well made. I'm thrilled to have found this company!”

“I have ordered cotton woven covers for sofabed and they are really good. They fit perfectly well to the sofa. The tissue is soft and the color is great. The covers of the cushions have very nice edges and I love how the sofa looks now. The company did a wonderful job with the covers. Their customer service is great too. I would definitely recommend Comfort works to my friends here.”

The delivery to the other side of the world (Finland) was first a bit challenge with the examples, but once the route was discovered, everything went well.”
