“The new sofa covers seem to be of excellent quality and fit perfectly. They arrived speedily without any hitch in the process. Staff at Comfort Works responded via email in a quick and friendly manner to several general queries I had about the ordering/delivery process. Would buy replacement sofa covers again from them.”

“I was shocked by how wonderfully the custom made slipcover fit onto my old sofa. It looks like it was custom upholstered! The process was simple and easy and the turnaround time was quick! “I was so excited to find Comfort Works! I love my IKEA Friheten sofa, but the upholstery -- already a boring beige! -- was looking dirty and sad after only a couple of years of use. So we ordered a bunch of free samples, test drove them with chocolate smudges, wine spills and the washing machine (with shockingly good results!) and ordered the Kino fabric in the beautiful green "Willow" color. We are so thrilled with the results. The fit is perfect, the color beautiful and the fabric is tough but comfortable. (A+ customer service and communication throughout the process, to boot.)”

“Even though we're 9,346 miles (15,063 km) apart, dealing with the staff at Comfort Works was like working with a local company. After describing my needs and providing measurements, I was contacted immediately (considering the 14-hour time difference) by "Felicia" via e-mail and the most friendly and helpful individual via Facebook instant messaging. Communication was never an issue. Now, as for the product, I am over-the-moon happy with my purchase and the quality of the material. From the inquiry stage, ordering, the manufacturing process, and shipping and receiving, the total time was 2.5 weeks. I could not be happier, and I would (and will) recommend the fine folks at CW to anyone. Thank you!”

“I ordered covers for two karlstad love seats and one lounge. I also ordered new legs. I received everything in about 4 weeks. The quality of both the covers and legs were EXCELLENT! The customer service was great. I'm very happy with this purchase and I will definitely use this company again if I ever need new covers.”

“Product was excellent and I was very happy. I thought this was a small UK firm but the packages were sent from China and I was charged import tax. Also the advice is to check the contents before signing, this was virtually impossible. All the contents were fine and I am extremely pleased with the product. I would suggest customers need to be made aware of import taxes or the firm reappraised its handling procedures.”

We actually notify customers at various points before and after the order has been made (via email and on the site) about possible import taxes by local customs offices. “This is the 2nd slipcover I've bought from Comfort Works and much like the first, I get compliments on it from literally every person that walks in the door. This is the 2nd couch I've "Comfort Works"ed and it's really crazy how a simple slipcover changes the whole personality of the couch. On top of the fact that they make an extremely high qaulity product, they're also super nice people and extremely easy to deal with. My order was shipped to the US in almost no time and installation was super easy.”
