“I love my new sofa cover and legs. They have transformed my basic, blah sofa into something special that really works with my other furniture. I think, however, that you should tell customers they will need special tools to install the covers and legs. The legs do not just screw off; they need a special tool. I was lucky that I had saved the tools that came with the sofa when I bought it several years ago, because a regular screwdriver would not have worked. Also, I was surprised that I had to take the arms off the sofa, since the cover I had just slipped over it. It was more work than I expected, and nobody likes to be surprised by more work. Ultimately, though, I am very pleased with the results, and understand why it works better once the arms are removed and replaced. It's a great fit.”

“Cover well made and looks lovely on the "old faithful" sofa. We have four cats, so I sent for samples first and tested them for fur noticeability and low-stickability. Herringbone Husk was the clear winner and went well with the family-room colour scheme. Also ordered 2m of Herringbone Pebble to make my own cushion covers. Delivery was ahead of estimated time. I missed the actual delivery but TNT phoned me later to say they had left the package at local newsagents - which was nearby and very convenient.”

“Comfort works were brilliant to deal with, there was an issue with delivery by the carrier(not comfortworks fault) and they stayed on top of things and resoved the problem for me, any queries I had were answered promptly and kindly by Chuck in the company and the best part is that the product itself was perfect, great quality and a brilliant match to the fabric on my sofa.”

“The product came in a very cute bag, I would love to keep! The fabric is much nicer than we expected, and it fits very well on our nikkala sofa. This cover made our 10 year old ikea sofa back to life! Color was exactly what it was described in the webpage. I think the owners did an extraordinary job on describing/rating the products. Although there is a bit of a chemical odor coming out from the cover, but I believe it will run away after a few days. This is a freshly made product, so I understand this is inevitable. When I contacted the owners about this, they were appreciative of the comments and wanting to improve the process. Buying cautiously online, (especially at a site I never used before) I think communication is important, and they also did an excellent job providing status and updates. Overall, the experience with this site was a breeze and I like the product VERY much!”

“Comfort kept me posted as they worked on my order - they are excellent in communication. I ordered fabric sofa covers and they arrived even earlier than expected. Whats more, quality is great, size fits well, they are easy to put on and my sofa is stylish again. Customer service replies within hours. Definitely one of the best companies I have ever ordered from. Thanks!”
