“The product came in a very cute bag, I would love to keep! The fabric is much nicer than we expected, and it fits very well on our nikkala sofa. This cover made our 10 year old ikea sofa back to life! Color was exactly what it was described in the webpage. I think the owners did an extraordinary job on describing/rating the products. Although there is a bit of a chemical odor coming out from the cover, but I believe it will run away after a few days. This is a freshly made product, so I understand this is inevitable. When I contacted the owners about this, they were appreciative of the comments and wanting to improve the process. Buying cautiously online, (especially at a site I never used before) I think communication is important, and they also did an excellent job providing status and updates. Overall, the experience with this site was a breeze and I like the product VERY much!”

“Comfort kept me posted as they worked on my order - they are excellent in communication. I ordered fabric sofa covers and they arrived even earlier than expected. Whats more, quality is great, size fits well, they are easy to put on and my sofa is stylish again. Customer service replies within hours. “The new sofa covers seem to be of excellent quality and fit perfectly. They arrived speedily without any hitch in the process. Staff at Comfort Works responded via email in a quick and friendly manner to several general queries I had about the ordering/delivery process. Would buy replacement sofa covers again from them.”

“I was shocked by how wonderfully the custom made slipcover fit onto my old sofa. It looks like it was custom upholstered! The process was simple and easy and the turnaround time was quick! “I was so excited to find Comfort Works! I love my IKEA Friheten sofa, but the upholstery -- already a boring beige! -- was looking dirty and sad after only a couple of years of use. So we ordered a bunch of free samples, test drove them with chocolate smudges, wine spills and the washing machine (with shockingly good results!) and ordered the Kino fabric in the beautiful green "Willow" color. We are so thrilled with the results. The fit is perfect, the color beautiful and the fabric is tough but comfortable. (A+ customer service and communication throughout the process, to boot.)”

“Even though we're 9,346 miles (15,063 km) apart, dealing with the staff at Comfort Works was like working with a local company. After describing my needs and providing measurements, I was contacted immediately (considering the 14-hour time difference) by "Felicia" via e-mail and the most friendly and helpful individual via Facebook instant messaging. Communication was never an issue. Now, as for the product, I am over-the-moon happy with my purchase and the quality of the material. From the inquiry stage, ordering, the manufacturing process, and shipping and receiving, the total time was 2.5 weeks. I could not be happier, and I would (and will) recommend the fine folks at CW to anyone. Thank you!”
