“I've ordered covers from Comfort Works for my armchairs, sofa and footstools. Every time the customer service has excelled beyond my expectations. Delivery within 8 days. Beautifully made. I don't know what I'd do without my Comfort Works covers, because the original Ikea ones are not stylish colours or textures. Plus one of my lounges was an extinct Ikea model - for years I put up with a faded brown original cover. I've moved house 3 times in 2 years. Each time I've had to adjust the sofa to match the walls and flooring (renting). It's so nice to have a wide range of colours to choose from with Comfort Works. They wash well and are perfect for messy dogs and babies. I highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I needed to revamp my Kramfors leather sofa, which had stains and scratches on seat cushions. I googled and found Comfort Works. As they were literally on the other side of the world I did hesitate, thinking the postage would be high, communication would be delayed and that it would take a long time. I could not have been more wrong. After reassurance from the great online reviews, I gave them a go. From the initial point of contact Chuck and the team were exceptional in their customer-oriented approach. They gave me great advise, sent me a swatch (when I could otherwise have made a big error on the order) and were prepared to send me more fabric so that I can make scatter cushions. This was something I had asked of a UK based company which does covers for IKEA sofas - their response to my question on extra fabric was a flat 'no'. What a difference compared to Comfort Works! They followed up on every query virtually immediately, at one point instant messaging me throughout the ordering process and even thanking me (for taking half an hour of their time to sort out my order). What a team, I've never experienced such super service, customer focus and delight on receiving a terrific product. the A massive thank you to you all for what has been exceptional service and delivery. The sofa looks great, is far more comfortable than it ever was, now coordinates in the room better and saves me 1,000 euro in buying a new one. Additionally, I feel much more 'eco' in saving a perfectly functioning sofa from refill. Great result, highly recommend this company,”

“The slipcover I purchased (Grey 'Nomad' for the Ikea Beddinge) is holding up well and still looks good. I'm also very pleased by the level of customer service shown by your company. The timely e-mails and follow-ups I received will go a long way. However I would suggest that you expand your options of fabrics. Keep up the good work.”

“The slipcover is fantastic. We actually had a PVC covered klippan and its not removable.. BUT... we love the sofa and not too keen on PVC so decided to put the fabric over it.. What I did was to hot glue velcro under the sofa. It works like a charm and with the velcro in place it prevented the fabric from moving around if you know what I mean. We are pleased with the workmanship and will be ordering another one soon cos we need to launder the current cover. Good excuse to get another one. :D We have been telling our friends what a good job you guys did and to look you up should they need a slipcover done. Thanks again for the good work.”

“The slipcover is amazing! I've recommended your products to a few friends. We are truly amazed at the quality and very much appreciated that you took the time to make a new set for us because the materials were not up to your very high standards. ?One criticism I have: while the slipcover was relatively easy for my husband and I to install, perhaps a set of instructions could be sent with it? I don't recall ever receiving any. ?Again, thanks so much for striving to be the best. I know you're a small company so I'll make sure to recommend you when I have the chance!”

“This slip cover is amazing and really makes me feel like I have a brand new couch! The color is so vibrant and the material is both durable and easy to care for. As for shipping, it arrived earlier than anticipated and with no problems whatsoever. I will definitely order again from Comfort Works. Keep up the great work!”

“We were thrilled that we were able to receive so many samples and so quickly. My husband somehow convinced me to get our cover in the blue velvet and its divine. Everyone that comes over comments on how beautiful the color is and, more importantly, how soft the fabric is. They could easily charge twice the money for their work. It arrived quickly and was super easy to put on.”

“I wanted the slipcovered look for my beach house, but I did not want to spend a fortune. Searching brought me to Comfortworks! I actually bought 2 new IKEA sofas to go with the slipcovers for this project. The fabric choices were amazing!! The covers arrived on schedule and fit perfectly. I could not be happier. “Our newly-purchased black IKEA Lugnvik sofa-bed had collected stains and faded over just a few months. Thanks to Comfort Works' customized slipcover and attention to detail, our sofa has gotten a new life! “we have been nothing but satisfied with how your company deals with communication and customer service. The ongoing updates via email was very helpful to let us know the status of the goods ordered. We fitted our covers and I have to say, they are perfect, especially love the label on its cover which made it so easy for us to identify which cover fits which cushion. No more putting on wrong covers or trying to figure which cover for which cushion! Thank you for making our 1st experience such as breeze.”
