“What a joy to deal with a business whose mission revolves around going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that their customers are fully satisfied. Comfort Works is that company. From the time I requested swatches until I got the finished product, dealing with Chris and Felicia was extremely pleasant. This is my first time to order a custom cover for my Vilasund IKEA chaise/lounge. Having a bit of trepidation in ordering, I peppered Chris with questions about the cover: fit, quality, shipping time, maintenance, etc. Chris and Felicia did not mind responding at all, and they did so professionally and expeditiously. I was having trouble paying them with my credit card so Chris sent me Paypal link and that solved the problem. The product arrived sooner than expected and it was packaged beautifully. The quality is impeccable. The stitching is robust and clean with no lose threads. Unfortunately, a few weeks after I installed the cover, I had a minor accident. My partner and I were fooling around and it scratched the leather cover. Unbeknownst to us, my partner’s back pocket had a zipper that was opened and it scraped the cover on the chaise and the sofa sections. I immediately emailed Chris of my issue. I also sent him pictures of the tear, taken in multiple angles so Chris can see the magnitude of the damage. I was pleasantly surprised that Chris ordered a replacement free of charge stating that the order has been placed and should arrived in a couple of weeks. I was literally jumping for joy when I read Chris’ positive response. This company’s customer service is exemplary. And for that, I am a customer for life. Thank you, Chris! I will spread the word…”

“Great quality and great service. We've had our IKEA sofa so long, it's like a member of the family. IKEA doesn't sell replacement covers for it, but Comfort Works makes them quickly in a great range of fabrics and colours. The covers are hand-made, the customer service people are good communicators, and we've just received our second set of covers from them. Suddenly our old sofa looks brand new, again.”

“We live in upstate New York and recently purchased a small casa (house) in Mexico. The casa came with some furnishings, including a wooden couch with very grungy black cushions. We are on a serious decorating budget and new furniture is extremely expensive in Mexico so we thought that rather than buying a new couch, we could try having new cushion covers made. We pulled off two of the grungy black covers to take back to New York with us, thinking we would need them for measurements. When we removed the covers, we discovered an IKEA tag on them so when we got back home I searched the internet to see if anyone could make us replacement covers for this particular Ikea couch (3-seater Lillberg). My Google search led us to Comfort Works. Initially, I have to admit that I was extremely skeptical. The price (which included international shipping) was so reasonable given how much fabric would be involved that I thought this has to be too good to be true. And I was a bit nervous about ordering from a company in another country. But I didn't find a lot of other options so I decided to give Comfort Works a try. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be! The covers arrived on time (a little early actually) and when I opened the nicely wrapped package I was shocked by how well made they were (gorgeous fabric and outstanding workmanship). The color we selected ("shire teal") was beautiful. So we packed the new covers in our suitcase and two weeks later they were on their way to Mexico with us. As soon as we arrived at the casa we stripped off the rest of the funky black covers off the couch and put on our new Comfort Work covers. They fit perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. (And I never had to measure anything since Comfort Works already knew the measurements for this particular couch!) Our new covers look so amazing -- the entire room looks better now just from this one change in the couch. So, while I went into this purchase with a great deal of skepticism, it turned out to be one of my best retail experiences ever! I also want to note what a pleasure it was to work with Chuck, the Client Services Dude at Comfort Works, who was incredibly friendly and responsive. I do a lot of on line shopping and rarely take time to write a review unless the purchase was truly outstanding and exceeded all of my expectations. That is the case with Comfort Works. “Wonderful workmanship! The covers fit perfectly, with just enough give to compensate for any shrinkage when washed, a problem I had with IKEA covers. Customer service was great and delivery time was faster than I excepted. Very happy customer!”

“I've not long received my new couch cover - Karlstad 3 Seater Sofa Cover Kino Frost and it is perfect! Chuck and Felicia were fabulous. I chatted to Felicia online as I could only find one fabric close to what I wanted. Chuck later emailed me and Let me know new fabrics were arriving shortly and one of them would suit my needs. They sent me a sample when I ordered the sample of the other one. The new sample was perfect! They kept me informed the whole way through the process, even letting me know when it was on it's way. My couch cover arrived within a few short weeks. Chuck and Felicia emailed again to make sure it was right. Love the service and love my cover! I would absolutely recommend them”

“I have ordered cotton woven covers for sofabed and they are really good. They fit perfectly well to the sofa. The tissue is soft and the color is great. The covers of the cushions have very nice edges and I love how the sofa looks now. The company did a wonderful job with the covers. Their customer service is great too. I would definitely recommend Comfort works to my friends here.”
