“Very good customer service...I ordered for the wrong sofa model and was terrified I wouldn't be able to cancel in time. Contacted comfort works during the night (in France) via their online chatbot and was able to talk to someone and cancel and reorder. My sofa covers arrived very quickly in a lovely cloth sack tied with red ribbons!”

“I ordered a custom a slipcover for my chair and I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service is excellent. Hema kept me informed of the progress and made sure all the measurements were correct and followed up with me after it was shipped. Quality is great and the slipcover fit perfectly. I had my doubts ordering a slipcover online, but my experience was great! I can't say enough good things about this company!”

“I love the fact that they make exactly the thing you need from just the arm covers up to recovering your whole suite. The range of fabrics is excellent and ordering was so straightforward. I also thought the price was exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!”

“Wir haben uns einen Sofabezug für das Ikea Sofa Söderhamn bestellt. Der Bezug passt perfekt und sieht super aus. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an den Kundenservice, ich habe immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen und mir wurden alle Fragen beantwortet. So eine gute Kommunikation hatte ich bisher noch nie mit einem Kundenservice! Selbst die Zollkosten wurden erstattet. Ich hoffe, dass der Bezug jetzt auch eine Weile hält und die Qualität anhält.”

“Efficient service, competitive price ( better than uk prices)! Product choice excellent and covers were exact match- they fit and have given a new lease of life to our old sofa! Still having an 8 year old and 6 year old we didn’t want to splash out lots on a new sofa- this was the perfect solution! Many thanks!”

“We finally found a place that makes slipcovers for our discontinued IKEA Karlstad sectional. Love their selection of colors and fabrics. They cost more than IKEA used to charge (we've changed covers three times in the years we've owned our sectional), but it is better than having to pay for a whole new sectional. Our covers came quicker than anticipated, and they were actually easier to put on (fit better) than IKEA's replacement covers did.”

“I bought a sofa cover in Dec 2017, and everything was fine. Got it on time, good quality, nice little note in the pack. Sweet. Then 2 days ago we got a custom bill of 60 euros. That came as a bad surprise really, getting such fees 10 months after we bought our sofa cover. Wrote to the customer service, and was treated extremely well, professionnaly, rapidly. In times of uncontrolled e-commerce, fake reviews, oppressive marketing techniques and such, I felt I should point at this exceptionnel service i've witnessed. Bill was taken care of (well, payment will be made in a day or two but I trust it will be made for real) and refunded to us by Comfort Works. Bravo Comfort Works.”

“I kept seeing my couch with different colors and legs online, so I was please to find out CW could help me give mine an upgrade! The wooden legs really elevated my IKEA couch, and I'm sure when the time comes for a change-up, I'll come back for a cover. Their service is personal and prompt. I ordered four legs, and after realizing I needed more, I put in another order. They noted the double order, personally contacted me to confirm, and then had them shipped together to save me money. Terrific quality and customer service.”

“La funda que encargué para un sofá de Ikea encaja de maravilla. La tela, Madison Teal, fantástica, y las patas le dan el aspecto vintage que buscaba. Un acierto total. Además me devolvieron los impuestos de aduanas con mucha rapidez. Sin duda, repetiré!”

“I am so happy with my new cover ! It fits perfectly and the color is exactly what I wanted. The fabric seems of good quality and should last long enough to give my 15yo couch a second youth. I had some concerns, the firm being located at the opposite part of the world (I'm in Europe), but customers service lifted every doubt I had. They were very available and kindly answered all my questions. Order and delivery were easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Comfort works and will order again for my other furniture!”

“Veramente gentilissimi e molto rapidi nel riscontro mail ed anche chat immediata. Pervenuti i campioni di tessuto richiesti, molto utili per la scelta della fodera del divano Ikea, che mi deve ancora arrivare. Frattanto ho ricevuto, in circa due settimane, il metraggio di tessuto coordinato che avevo richiesto. Finora tutto perfetto!!!”
