“We finally found a place that makes slipcovers for our discontinued IKEA Karlstad sectional. Love their selection of colors and fabrics. They cost more than IKEA used to charge (we've changed covers three times in the years we've owned our sectional), but it is better than having to pay for a whole new sectional. Our covers came quicker than anticipated, and they were actually easier to put on (fit better) than IKEA's replacement covers did.”

“I bought a sofa cover in Dec 2017, and everything was fine. Got it on time, good quality, nice little note in the pack. Sweet. Then 2 days ago we got a custom bill of 60 euros. That came as a bad surprise really, getting such fees 10 months after we bought our sofa cover. Wrote to the customer service, and was treated extremely well, professionnaly, rapidly. In times of uncontrolled e-commerce, fake reviews, oppressive marketing techniques and such, I felt I should point at this exceptionnel service i've witnessed. Bill was taken care of (well, payment will be made in a day or two but I trust it will be made for real) and refunded to us by Comfort Works. Bravo Comfort Works.”

“I kept seeing my couch with different colors and legs online, so I was please to find out CW could help me give mine an upgrade! The wooden legs really elevated my IKEA couch, and I'm sure when the time comes for a change-up, I'll come back for a cover. Their service is personal and prompt. I ordered four legs, and after realizing I needed more, I put in another order. They noted the double order, personally contacted me to confirm, and then had them shipped together to save me money. Terrific quality and customer service.”

“I am so happy with my new cover ! It fits perfectly and the color is exactly what I wanted. The fabric seems of good quality and should last long enough to give my 15yo couch a second youth. I had some concerns, the firm being located at the opposite part of the world (I'm in Europe), but customers service lifted every doubt I had. They were very available and kindly answered all my questions. Order and delivery were easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Comfort works and will order again for my other furniture!”

“Veramente gentilissimi e molto rapidi nel riscontro mail ed anche chat immediata. Pervenuti i campioni di tessuto richiesti, molto utili per la scelta della fodera del divano Ikea, che mi deve ancora arrivare. “I bought a Beddinge Sofa Bed Loose Fit Slipcover from Comfort Works. The communication with the staff was easy and pleasant, and the shipping quick. As I was told, they immediately reimboursed me the whole amount of the import taxes (I just had to send the receipt by email). I am very satisfied by the product: the quality of the tissue is high, the color gorgeous, and it perfectly fits my Ikea Beddinge sofa (including the cushions!). Considering the bad quality of original slipcovers (both in terms of esthetic and quality), it is a great alternative. Just a suggestion: to get the same fluffy feeling of the orginal cover, keep the old one under the new one ;)”

“I was excited to get this cover and it fits my couch perfectly. I ordered this in dark gray and the color has faded to a really terribly color. My couch is in partial sun and everywhere the sun shines in through the window (there’s a shade there) it has faded. It looks like my couch has been bleached in some places. I would not purchase another product from this company.”

“Very good sofa covers for Ikea sofas that we couldn't find anymore. Our sofa looks new again. The only think to improve is that they should inform that you need to pay the import tax at customs because the goods come from Hong Kong.”
